چکیده

تاثیر نسبت‌های مختلف جیره‌ای والین به لیزین بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجه‌های خونی، سیستم ایمنی، خصوصیات لاشه و شاخص‌های اقتصادی جوجه‌‌های گوشتی آرین با استفاده از 500 قطعه جوجه‌گوشتی یک روزه آرین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج گروه آزمایشی و پنج تکرار و 20 پرنده در هر تکرار به مدت 40 روز بررسی شد. گروه‌های آزمایشی شامل گروه اول: تیمار شاهد (والین منفی 75، حاوی نسبت 75 درصد اسیدآمینه والین به اسیدآمینه لیزین بدون استفاده از اسیدآمینه ال-والین افزودنی)، گروه دوم: والین مثبت 80 (نسبت 80 درصد اسیدآمینه والین به اسیدآمینه لیزین با استفاده از اسیدآمینه ال-والین افزودنی)، گروه سوم: والین مثبت 85 (نسبت 85 درصد اسیدآمینه والین به اسیدآمینه لیزین با استفاده از اسیدآمینه والین افزودنی)، گروه چهارم: والین منفی 80 (نسبت 80 درصد اسیدآمینه ال-والین به اسیدآمینه لیزین بدون استفاده از اسیدآمینه والین افزودنی، گروه پنجم: والین منفی 85 (نسبت 85 درصد اسیدآمینه والین به اسیدآمینه لیزین بدون استفاده از اسیدآمینه ال-والین افزودنی) در جیره می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از جیره‌های حاوی نسبت اسیدآمینه والین منفی 80 و 85 درصد، سبب کاهش خوراک مصرفی، ضریب تبدیل خوراک، وزن نسبی چربی و قلب در کل دوره شد (05/0>P). سطح آلبومن و پروتئین کل در تیمار شاهد بیشتر از سایر گروه‌های آزمایشی بود (05/0>P). بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، تاثیر استفاده از جیره‌ حاوی نسبت اسیدآمینه والین منفی 85 درصد بر عملکرد در کل دوره‌های پرورش بارزتر بود و همچنین سبب بهبود فراسنجه‌های لیپید سرم، کاهش ذخیره چربی در محوطه شکمی و افزایش سودآوری خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

The effects of different ratios of dietary valine: lysine on growth performance, blood parameters, immune system, carcass characteristics and economic indicators in Arian broiler chickens with a total of 500 Arian strain day old broiler chicks were used in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments, 5 replicates and 20 birds per each for 40 days.The experimental groups including the first group: control treatment containing (-75, 75% ratio of valine to lysine amino acid without using synthetic L-Val amino acid), second group: +80 (ratio of 80% valine to lysine amino acid using synthetic L-Val amino acid), third group: +85 (ratio of 85% valine to lysine amino acid using synthetic L-Val amino acid), fourth group: -80 (ratio of 80% valine to lysine amino acid without using synthetic L-Val amino acid, fifth group: -85 (ratio of 85% valine to lysine amino acid is without using synthetic L-Val amino acid) in the diet. The results showed that the use of diets with a ratios of -80 and -85% valine amino acid caused a decrease in feed intake, feed conversion ratio, relative weight of fat and heart in the total period (P<0.05). The level of albumen and total protein in control treatment were higher than in all experimental groups (P<0.05).Based on the results of this study, the effect of using a diet containing -85% valine amino acid was more obvious on performance in the entire rearing periods, and also will improve serum lipid parameters, reduce fat storage in the abdominal area and increase profitability.
