چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر متقابل فصل و اندازه ذرات علوفه جیره بر تولید و ترکیبات شیر گاوهای شیرده پرتولید، از تعداد 100 رأس گاو هلشتاین اوایل دوره در دو فصل بهار و تابستان (هر فصل از 50 راس) در قالب دو تیمار حاوی علوفه یونجه با اندازه ذرات درشت (میانگین هندسی 7/7 میلی متر) و تیمار حاوی علوفه یونجه با اندازه ذرات ریز (با میانگین هندسی 4/2 میلی متر) استفاده شد. مقدار ماده خشک مصرفی گاوها به صورت گروهی و همچنین تولید شیر گاوها به صورت انفرادی ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان تولید شیر، درصد پروتئین، لاکتوز و کل مواد جامد شیر درفصل بهار در مقایسه با فصل تابستان بیشتر بود (p<0/01). تولید شیر خام و نیز درصد لاکتوز شیر گاوهای تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی علوفه ریز در مقایسه با جیره حاوی علوفه درشت، تمایل به افزایش داشت (p<0/01). مقدار مصرف ماده خشک از جیره حاوی علوفه با اندازه ذرات درشت در مدت زمان صفر الی دو ساعت پس از خوراک دهی صبح در فصل تابستان بیشتر از فصل زمستان بود (p<0/01). بطور کلی گاوهایی که با خوراک حاوی علوفه با اندازه ذرات ریز تغذیه می شوند الگوی مصرف خوراک یکنواخت تری در طول فصول بهار و تابستان دارند.

To investigate the interaction effects between season and dietary forage particle size on milk yield and composition, one hundred early lactating Holstein were allocated. Dietary forage particle size included long (7.7 mm) and fine (4.4 mm), were adjusted as an experimental treatment per season. The results showed that raw milk yield, protein, lactose and total solid percentage of milk were higher within spring compared to summer (p< 0.01). Milk yield and milk lactose percentage for cows fed fine forage particle size trended to be higher than cows fed long forage particle size. Also, the amount of dry matter consumed within two hours after feeding for summer was higher than spring. Totally results revealed that cows fed with fine forage particle size had more homogeneous feeding behavior pattern within both studied season than cows fed long forage particle size.
