چکیده

این آزمایش به‌منظور بررسی اثرات تخمیر منبع علوفه در تخمیر هم‌زمان با منابع مختلف کربوهیدرات‌های غیرالیافی در یک طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل (نه تیمار و سه تکرار) انجام شد. از کاه گندم، یونجه و ذرت سیلوشده به‌عنوان منبع علوفه و از نشاسته، ساکارز و پکتین به‌عنوان اجزای مهم کربوهیدرات‌های غیرالیافی استفاده شد. 2/0 گرم از هر منبع علوفه همراه با 3/0 گرم از هر منبع کربوهیدرات‌های غیرالیافی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی به مدت 24 ساعت تخمیر شدند و طی آن الگوی تولید گاز، قابلیت هضم ظاهری، قابلیت هضم حقیقی، توده‌ی میکروبی، pH و آمونیاک اندازه‌گیری شد. منبع علوفه و کربوهیدرات به‌تنهایی هر کدام بر تولید گاز در زمان‌های مختلف انکوباسیون، قابلیت هضم ظاهری، قابلیت هضم حقیقی و همچنین آمونیاک اثر معنی‌دار داشتند (05/0 > p) هر چند اثر متقابل بین این دو منبع مشاهده نشد. برآورد سنتز توده میکروبی برای منبع کاه از سایر منابع علوفه کمتر بود (14/0 در برابر 16/0 گرم در گرم ماده خشک، 05/0 > P) اما تحت تأثیر منبع کربوهیدرات‌های غیرالیافی و یا اثر متقابل دو منبع قرار نگرفت. هم‌چنین، منابع کربوهیدرات‌های غیرالیافی اثر معنی‌داری بر pH محیط کشت داشتند (87/5 برای ساکارز در برابر 05/6 برای پکتین). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اثرات کربوهیدرات‌های غیرالیافی در محیط کشت‌های هم‌زمان با منابع مختلف علوفه قابل‌پیش‌بینی و مطابق با اثرات شناخته شده در شرایط درون تنی بوده و تحت تأثیر اثرات متقابل با منبع علوفه قرار نگرفت.

چکیده [English]

The aim was to evaluate effects of in vitro fermentation of different forages co-incubated with different types of non-fiber carbohydrates (NFC) on gas production, digestibility, microbial biomass, medium pH and ammonia concentration. A completely randomized design with factorial arrangement  (9 treatments and 3 replicates) were used wherein wheat straw, alfalfa hay and corn silage constituted main forage sources and starch, sucrose and pectin were components of NFC. 0.2 g of each forage samples incubated with 0.3 g of each NFC component for 24 h and gas production, apparent and true digestibility, microbial biomass, pH and ammonia concentration measured.  Forage and NFC sources, alone but not in combination, had a significant effect on gas production, digestibility as well as ammonia concentration (p<0.05). The estimated microbial biomass was lower for wheat straw samples (0.14 vs. 0.16 g /g DM digested for other forage samples), but was not affected by NFC and its interaction with forage sources (p<0.05). Also, NFC sources affected medium pH significantly with the lowest values for sucrose while the highest for pectin. Results showed that previously known effects of NFC sources in vivo are also consistently observed in vitro while it was not affected by co-incubation with different forage sources.
