تأثیر استفاده از پودر مرزه خوزستانی جیره بر صفات هیستومرفومتریک بافت بیضه خروس های بومی

چکیده
تأثیر افزودن پودر مرزه خوزستانی به جیره، بر صفات هیستومرفومتریک بافت بیضه با استفاده از تعداد 36 قطعه خروس بومی(سن 40 هفتگی و وزن 293±2039 گرم) بررسی شد. پودر مرزه خوزستانی در سطوح صفر،20 و40 گرم در کیلوگرم جیره غذائی به مدت هشت هفته به جیره اضافه شد. در پایان هفته هشتم، خروس‌ها ذبح و بیضه‌ها از محوطه شکمی خارج شدند. مقاطع بافتی بیضه تهیه و پس از رنگ‌آمیزی با هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین تعداد اسپرماتوسیت اولیه، اسپرماتوسیت ثانویه و اسپرماتید ، سلول­های سرتولی، تعداد لوله­ها و عروق بیضه توسط میکروسکوپ نوری اندازه گیری شد. تعداد و تراکم عروق در واحد سطح در مقطع بافت بیضه، در تیمار حاوی 40 گرم پودر مرزه در کیلوگرم جیره کمتر از گروه شاهد بود(05/0 P<). بر اساس نتایج حاصل، استفاده از 40 گرم پودر مرزه در کیلوگرم جیره، با حفظ تعداد سلول­های سرتولی، تعداد اسپرماتوسیت اولیه، اسپرماتوسیت ثانویه و اسپرماتید را افزایش می دهد.

Effect of Satureja Khuzistanica powder in diet on testis histomorphometric in native rooster

چکیده English

In order to investigate the effect of different levels of Saturieja khuzistanica powder on the  histomorphometric of testis, 36 native roosters (40 week age and BW 2039±293gr) was used. Three levels of Saturieja khuzistanica powder (0, 20 and 40g/kg) over 8 weeks was added to base diet. After eighth weeks, roosters were slaughtered and testes were removed from abdominal cavity. Tissue sections of testis after stained by Hematoxylin-Eosin were used to measure  number of primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatid, Sertoli cells, number of tubules and testicular vessels using optical microscope. In treatment with 40gr Saturieja khuzistanica powder per kg diet, number and density of vessels in testicular section were decreased compared to the control group (P< 0.05). According to these results, adding 40 gr/kg Saturieja khuzistanica powder to diet will maintain Sertoli cells and also increase primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte and spermatid in comparison with the control group.
