بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ماندگاری گاوهای هلشتاین اصفهان

چکیده
برای تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر ماندگاری و پارامترهای ژنتیکی این صفت  از دو روش مدل خطی و ویبول از رکوردهای مربوط به زایش­های سال­های ۹۲-13۷۰ گاوهای هلشتاین استان اصفهان استفاده شد. فایل مشاهدات شامل 201588 رکورد شیردهی از 7۴۲۶۱ دام مربوط به 65 گله تحت پوشش بود. از مجموع 33219 رأس گاو حذف شده در سال­های مورد مطالعه 9/27 درصد حذف­ها به صورت اختیاری و 1/72 درصد غیراختیاری بوده است. میانگین طول عمر و طول عمر تولیدی گاوهای مورد مطالعه به ترتیب ۵۷ و ۳۲ ماه برآورد شد. در روش GLM اثرات ثابت گله سال و فصل زایش و متغیر کمکی سن زایش اول به صورت درجه دوم معنی­دار  بود (01/0>P). نتایج حاصل از تجزیه ماندگاری ترکیب طول عمر تولیدی و کد سانسور با استفاده از تابع ویبول با روش Lifereg نشان داد که اثر عوامل گله و سال زایش اول بر طول عمر تولیدی معنی­دار (01/0>P) و سن در زایش اول به صورت درجه دوم معنی­دار بود (01/0>P). وراثت­پذیری طول عمر، طول عمر تولیدی و طول عمر عملکردی با روش مدل خطی به ترتیب (۰۱/۰±) ۰۵۴/۰، (۰۱/۰±) ۰۵۴/۰ و (۰۱۳/۰±)۰۳۴/۰ برآورد گردید. وراثت­­پذیری طول عمر تولیدی با مدل ویبول در مقیاس لگاریتمی، اولیه و مؤثر به ترتیب ۰۱۳/۰، ۰۳۱/۰ و ۰۲/۰ برآورد گردید. براساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر، تأثیر زیاد عوامل غیرژنتیکی مؤثر بر ماندگاری دام­ها و برآورد پایین پارامترهای ژنتیکی (وراثت‌­پذیری) نشان می‌دهد که جهت بهبود این صفات اولویت بهبود شرایط محیطی می­باشد.

Study of factors affect longevity in Holstein cattle of Isfahan provinc

چکیده English

The present investigation was undertaken to study reason of culling, non genetic effects and genetic parameters of longevity with two method linear model and Weibull. A data set of information from Holstein dairy cows of Isfahan province (Iran) was used for this study. The culling date of 36340 animals from 65 herds recorded in 1993-2014 was used. From 33219 culled cows in these years were 27.9 and 72.1 percent for voluntary and involuntary culling respectively. Lifespan and Length of productive life (LPL) were analyzed for longevity. Functional productive life (FPL) was estimated by adjusting LPL for first lactation milk yield relative to herd average. The mean of lifespan and length of productive life were estimated to be 954 and 1710 (days) respectively. The results with GLM procedure showed that HYS and age at the first calving had significant on length of productive life.
