استفاده از تفاله دانه انار و ال-کارنیتین در جیره بر عملکرد و صفات لاشه بزغاله‌های پرواری

چکیده
در این تحقیق تاثیر تفاله دانه انار حاوی اسیدهای چرب بلند زنجیر به همراه ال– کارنیتین، بر عملکرد و صفات لاشه با استفاده از 32 رأس بزغاله نر مهابادی بررسی شد. جیره‌های آزمایشی شامل:1) جیره بدون تفاله دانه انار و ال-کارنیتین، 2) جیره با 10 درصد تفاله دانه انار بدون ال-کارنیتین، 3) جیره بدون تفاله دانه انار با 300 قسمت در میلیون ال-کارنیتین در کیلوگرم ماده خشک ،و 4) جیره با 10 درصد تفاله دانه انار با 300 قسمت در میلیون ال-کارنیتین در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بود. بزغاله‌ها در انتهای آزمایش، کشتار و صفات مربوط به لاشه اندازه‌گیری شد. افزودن تفاله دانه انار همراه ال-کارنیتین به جیره، چربی دور کلیه را کاهش داد (05/0>P). بزغاله های تغذیه شده با تفاله انار همراه با مکمل ال-کارنیتین قابلیت هضم ظاهری چربی خام بالاتری نسبت به تیمار های دیگر داشتند (05/0>P). همچنین با استفاده از تفاله دانه انار در جیره، هزینه خوراک برای تولید هر کیلوگرم لاشه گرم کاهش یافت (05/0= P). نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که جایگزینی بخشی از دانه غلات جیره با تفاله دانه انار همراه با افزودن ال-کارنیتین به جیره باعث کاهش چربی کلیه شد. همچنین استفاده همزمان ال-کارنیتین و تفاله دانه انار با افزایش قابلیت هضم ظاهری چربی خام، عملکرد عددی بالاتری نیز نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش، تفاله دانه انار را می توان به عنوان محصول جانبی ارزان قیمت، بدون تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد، با کاهش چربی کلیوی به همراه مکمل ال-کارنیتین در جیره‌ی بزغاله‌های پرواری استفاده کرد.

Use of pomegranate seed pulp and L-carnitine on performance and carcass traits of fattening kids

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Pomegranate seed pulp (PSP) containing long-chain fatty acids with L-carnitine (LC) on performance and carcass traits of thirty two Mahabadi male kids. Experimental diets were 1) diet without PSP and LC  2) diet with 10% PSP Kg/DMI and without LC  3) diet without PSP and with 300ppm LC Kg/DMI and 4) diet with 10% PSP and 300ppm LC Kg/DMI. Kids were slaughtered at the end of study and carcass characteristics were measured. Addition of PSP and LC in diet decreased kidney fat (P<0.05). The kids fed with PSP and LC supplement had higher fat digestibility than other treatments (P<0.05). Furthermore, the use of PSP in the diet decreased the feed cost per Kg of hot carcass (P=0.05). The results of this study indicated that replacing a part of dietary cereal grains with PSP and LC supplement decreased kidney fat. Also, the simultaneous use of LC and PSP increased apparent digestibility of fat, and showed numerically higher performance. According to the results of this study, the PSP can be used as an economical  byproduct without negative effects on performance, and along with LC in the diet of kids it will reduce kidney fat as well.
