تأثیر سطوح مختلف پساب تقطیری ملاس خشک شده با سبوس بر عملکرد رشد، تخمیر و پروتوزوآی شکمبه و فراسنجههای خونی برههای نر پرواری
در این مطالعه تأثیر پساب تقطیری ملاس خشکشده با سبوس بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبه، جمعیت پروتوزوآ و برخی فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون برههای پرواری با استفاده از 21 رأس بره نر چهار ماهه نژاد مهربان (میانگین وزن 5/0±35) در قالب طرح کاملأ تصادفی با سه تیمار بهمدت 74 روز (14 روز سازگاری و 60 روز آزمایش) بررسی شد. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد (فاقد پساب تقطیر ملاس)؛ جیره حاوی 25درصد بخش کنسانتره پساب تقطیری خشکشده با سبوس و جیره حاوی50 درصد بخش کنسانتره حاوی پساب ملاس خشکشده با سبوس بود. وزن برهها بهطور هفتگی اندازهگیری شد و در پایان روزهای 30 و 60 پرواربندی از آنها خونگیری شد. در پایان روز 60 پرواربندی مایع شکمبه برهها نمونه تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد در ماه دوم تحقیق و در کل دوره آزمایش ماده خشک مصرفی برههایی که در جیره 25 و 50 درصد بخش کنسانتره پساب ملاس دریافت کرده بودند در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش داشت (002/0=P) افزودن پساب ملاس در سطح 25 درصد (تیمار اول)؛ نسبت به گروه شاهد غلظت نیتروژن را 35/10 درصد (054/0=P) واسیدهای چرب فرّار کل را 46 درصد افزایش داد (016/0=P). کل جمعیت پروتوزوآ تحت تأثیر جیرههای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. قیمت هر کیلوگرم جیره تیمارهای 25 و 50درصد پساب تقطیری نسبت به گروه شاهد بهترتیب 74 و 155 تومان کاهش داشت. نتایج کلی این مطالعه نشان داد پساب تقطیری ملاس خشکشده با سبوس ضمن کاهش قیمت تمامشده خوراک میتواند تا سطح50 درصد کنسانتره استفاده شود.

اثر مولتیآنزیم و افزودنی باکتریایی بر ترکیب شیمیایی و برخی فراسنجههای تخمیر برونتنی سیلاژ جو پژمرده شده
این پژوهش بهمنظور مطالعه اثر سطوح مولتیآنزیم و سطوح افزودنی باکتریایی بر ترکیب شیمیاییو برخی فراسنجههای تخمیر برونتنی سیلاژ جو انجام شد. مولتیآنزیم روابیو در سه سطح صفر، 500 و1000 میلیگرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک و افزودنی باکتریایی پروسیج (مخلوطی از باکتریهای لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم، لاکتوباسیلوس بوچنری، انتروکوکوس فائوسیوم و پروپیونوباکتریوم اسیدوفیلوس) در سه سطح صفر، پنج و 10 میلیگرم بهازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک سیلاژ جو استفاده شد. ترکیب شیمیایی، فراسنجههای تولید گاز و جمعیت پروتوزوآ در شرایط برونتنی و بخشهای مختلف پروتئین خام سیلاژهای آزمایشی اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن مولتیآنزیم باعث کاهش الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی (05/0>P) pH، خاکستر، پروتئین قابل حل در شوینده خنثی و پروتئین غیرقابل دسترس (01/0>P) و افزایش نیتروژن غیرپروتئینی و پروتئین غیرقابل حل در شوینده خنثی (01/0>P) نسبت به سیلاژ شاهد شد. سیلاژ جو حاوی 5 میلیگرم افزودنی باکتریایی ماده خشک، pH و پروتئین قابل حل در شوینده خنثی بیشتر (01/0>P) و پروتئین غیرقابل دسترس کمتری (01/0>P) در مقایسه با سیلاژ شاهد و سیلاژ جو حاوی 10 میلیگرم افزودنی باکتریایی داشت. جمعیت پروتوزوآ، غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی، انرژی قابل متابولیسم، اسیدهای چرب کوتاه زنجیر و قابلیت هضم ماده آلی با روش برونتنی تحت تأثیر قرار نگرفت (05/0<P). بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش استفاده از افزودنی باکتریایی و مولتیآنزیم در تهیه سیلاژ جو پژمرده شده بهخاطر بار مالی که میتواند ایجاد کند، توصیه نمیشود.

دو ﻧﻮع ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪان ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ: فراسنجهﻫﺎی اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و عملکرد در ﺑﺮهﻫﺎی ﺷﯿﺮﺧﻮار ﺳﻨﺠﺎﺑﯽ
تعداد 24 راس بره نر و ماده سنجابی شیرخوار با میانگین وزن 2/4 کیلوگرم از زمان تولد در یک دوره 90 روزه در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی جهت بررسی دو آنتیاکسیدان خوراکی مورد استفاده قرارگرفتند. برهها از هفته دوم علوفه و کنسانتره علاوه بر شیر مادر دریافت نمودند. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد (جیره آغازین و شیر)، جیره شاهد + 10 درصد گیاه بادرنجبویه (Melissa officinalis) و جیره شاهد + یک کپسول حاوی30 میلیگرم کوآنزیم Q10 بودند. جهت اندازهگیری برخی فراسنجههای خون و آنزیمی هر 30 روز یک بار از سیاهرگ گردنی خونگیری شد. تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از لحاظ مصرف شیر و خوراک روزانه برهها و فراسنجههای عملکردی مشاهده نشد. هماتوکریت تحت تأثیر بادرنجبویه قرار نگرفت ولی کوآنزیم سبب افزایش آن شد (05/0>P). جیرههای حاوی آنتیاکسیدان، سبب افزایش کل گلبولهای سفید خون نسبت به گروه شاهد شدند (05/0>P)؛ ولی تغییری در مونوسیت و بازوفیل ایجاد نشد. بادرنجبویه باعث کاهش لنفوسیت و افزایش نوتروفیل شد (05/0>P) ولی کوآنزیم تأثیری بر این دو فراسنجه نداشت. ائوزینوفیل خون برههای دریافتکننده بادرنجبویه یا کوآنزیم بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0>P). غلظت گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز، ایمونوگلوبولینجی و ظرفیت کل آنتیاکسیدانی تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفتند، ولی مکمل بادرنجبویه سبب کاهش شاخص مالوندیآلدهید شد (05/0>P). نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد، استفاده از گیاه بادرنجبویه در سطح 10 درصد جیره و همچنین 30 میلیگرم در روز کوآنزیم Q10 در جیره برههای شیرخوار باعث بهبود سیستم ایمنی شد هرچند تغییری در عملکرد برهها مشاهده نشد.

پیشبینی خصوصیات لاشه با استفاده از فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون در مرغ بومی اصفهان
بهمنظور اندازهگیری برخی از فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون در شرایط طبیعی و تعیین ارتباط آنها با وزن بدن و اجزای لاشه و همچنین بررسی اثر جنس بر فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون در مرغ بومی اصفهان، آزمایشی با تعداد 200 قطعه جوجه یکروزه بومی انجام شد. جوجهها بهمدت 12 هفته در شرایط کاملاً یکسان، پرورش داده شدند. در پایان هفته دوازدهم بعد از اعمال شش ساعت گرسنگی، کشتار و وزن بدن و اجزای مختلف لاشه هر یک از جوجهها اندازهگیری شد. غلظت کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، پروتئین کل، آلبومین، اسید اوریک، کلسیم، فسفر، مالون دیآلدئید، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا و گلوکز با استفاده از کیتهای تجاری اندازهگیری شدند. مقدار گلوبولین از اختلاف پروتئین کل و آلبومین بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان دادند که بیشترین همبستگی مثبت معنیدار (05/0>P) بین کلسترول با وزن بدن و وزن ران (21/0) و بالاترین همبستگی منفی معنیدار بین غلظت اسید اوریک و وزن کبد و بین کلسیم و وزن سینه (24/0-) مشاهده شد. تجزیه رگرسیون خطی چندگانه نشان داد که میتوان از فراسنجههای کلسترول، گلوبولین و فسفر برای پیشبینی وزن بدن و سینه و نیز از سطوح کلسترول و گلوبولین برای پیشبینی وزن لاشه و ران استفاده کرد. بهعلاوه بین دو جنس نر و ماده تفاوت معنیداری از نظر هیچیک از فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی اندازهگیریشده، وجود نداشت. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش میتوان از فراسنجههای خون برای پیشبینی برخی از خصوصیات لاشه در مرغ بومی اصفهان استفاده کرد.

تأثیر افزودن پودر زغال اخته، پودر سیر و اسانس ترکیبی گیاهی به جیره غذایی بر عملکرد وکیفیت تخم در مرغهای تخمگذار
این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر افزودن پودر زغالاخته، پودرسیر و اسانس ترکیبی پوسته بادام هندی و دانه کرچک بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخممرغ و برخی فراسنجههای خون در مرغهای تخمگذار تجاری انجام شد. تعداد 128 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویه لوهمن لایت در سن 58 هفتگی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار، چهار تکرار و هشت پرنده در هر تکرار استفاده شدند. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل 1- جیره پایه (شاهد)، 2- شاهد + یک درصد پودر سیر، 3- شاهد + یک درصد پودر زغالاخته و 4- شاهد + 15/0 درصد اسانس ترکیبی دانهکرچک و پوسته بادامهندی بودند. جیرههای آزمایشی از هفته 59 الی63 تغذیه شد. عملکرد مرغها در سنین 61 و 63 هفتگی و میزان فراسنجههای خون و زرده تخممرغ در پایان دوره آزمایش، اندازهگیری شدند. عملکرد مرغهای تخمگذار در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی اختلاف معنیداری نداشت. زغالاخته باعث افزایش ارتفاع و واحد هاو سفیده تخممرغ در مقایسه با شاهد شد (05/0P<). غلظت کلسترول، HDL، تریگلیسرید و آنزیمهای آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و آلانینآمینوترانسفراز خون در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی، تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. مکمل کردن جیره غذایی با پودر سیر و زغالاخته سبب کاهش معنیدار غلظت کلسترول زرده تخممرغ شد (05/0P<) اما غلظت کلسترول زرده تخممرغ تحت تأثیر معنیدار اسانسگیاهی قرار نگرفت. براساس نتایج این آزمایش، میتوان نتیجه گرفت افزودن پودر زغالاخته و یا سیر به جیره مرغ تخمگذار کیفیت داخلی تخممرغ را بهبود داده و کلسترول زرده را نیز کاهش میدهد.

تأثیر تراکم گله و نوع ماده استفادهشده بهعنوان بستر، بر عملکرد تولید و فراسنجههای اقتصادی جوجههای گوشتی، با استفاده از تعداد 2016 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یکروزه سویه راس 308، در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 2×3 با سه سطح تراکم جوجهریزی ]10 (شاهد)، 14 و 18 قطعه پرنده در مترمربع[ و دو نوع ماده بستری ]تراشههای چوب (شاهد) و مقوای بستر[ در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با شش تیمار و چهار تکرار بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف خوراک و افزایش وزن پرندگان در جوجهریزی با تراکم 10 قطعه پرنده در مترمربع بیشتر از تراکمهای 18 و 14 قطعه پرنده بود (05/0>P). ضریب تبدیل غذایی پرندگانی که روی بستر تراشه چوب پرورش یافتند، کمتر از پرندگان پرورشیافته روی بستر مقوا بود (05/0>P). بالاترین میزان شاخصهای اقتصادی (نسبت درآمد به هزینه و حاشیه سود) در تراکمهای 14 و سپس 18 قطعه پرنده در واحد سطح مشاهده شدند که هر دو با تراکم 10 قطعه جوجه تفاوت معنیداری داشتند (01/0>P). براساس نتایج این پژوهش، جوجهریزی در تراکم 14 قطعه پرنده در مترمربع نسبت به دیگر سطوح تراکم گله، با کاستن از هزینههای ثابت تولید و همچنین بهبود عددی ضریب تبدیل خوراک میتواند سود بیشتر را برای واحدهای پرورشدهنده جوجههای گوشتی به دنبال داشته باشد و مقوای بستر بهدلیل اثر منفی بر بازده استفاده از خوراک نمیتواند جایگزینی مناسب برای تراشههای چوب باشد.

مقایسه تاثیر منابع مختلف فیبر و پریبیوتیک بر عملکرد و برخی فرآسنجههای فیزیولوژیکی جوجههای گوشتی
بهمنظور مقایسه تأثیر منابع مختلف فیبر و پریبیوتیک بر عملکرد و برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی جوجههای گوشتی، آزمایشی با استفاده از 320 قطعه جوجۀ گوشتی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با هشت تیمار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد (ذرت- کنجاله سویا)، جیره شاهد بههمراه پریبیوتیک (بیولکس MB40) و منابع مختلف فیبر (سبوس گندم، پوسته سویا و پودر هسته خرما) بودند. منابع مختلف فیبر در سطوح 5/1 و سه درصد و پریبیوتیک به مقدار دو گرم در کیلوگرم به جیرههای آزمایشی اضافه شدند. تیمار دارای 5/1 درصد پودر هسته خرما، بهترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک را در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها بهجز تیمار دارای سه درصد پودر هسته خرما و شاهد داشت (05/0>P). چربی حفره بطنی در پرندگان دریافتکننده منابع مختلف فیبر در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش یافت (05/0>P). قابلیت هضم ایلئومی ظاهری ماده آلی و پروتئین خام در جیره حاوی سه درصد پودر هسته خرما افزایش یافت (05/0>P). قابلیت هضم ایلئومی ظاهری چربی خام، در پرندگان مصرفکننده پودر هسته خرما بهطور معنیداری نسبت به تیمار شاهد کاهش یافت (05/0>P). استفاده از منابع مختلف فیبر سبب کاهش معنیدار تریگلیسرید و کلسترول سرم خون در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد (05/0>P). نتایج نشان داد که افزودن پودر هسته خرما به جیره غذایی جوجههای گوشتی سبب بهبود عملکرد، کاهش چربی محوطه شکمی و جمعیتهای میکروبی ایکولای و کلیفرم و افزایش قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام و جمعیت میکروبی لاکتوباسیلها در سکوم جوجههای گوشتی گردید.

تأثیر سطوح مختلف اسانس رایج و میکروکپسوله شده مرزه خوزستانی بر ریختشناسی روده و عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی
بهمنظور تعیین اثرات افزودن سطوح مختلف اسانس مرزه خوزستانی در دو شکل رایج و میکروکپسولهشده در جیرهبر عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون و ریختشناسی روده باریک جوجههای گوشتی، آزمایشی با استفاده از تعداد400 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه سویه راس 308 (مخلوط دو جنس)، در پنج تیمار، چهار تکرار و 20 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: جیره شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، جیرههای حاوی سطوح 400 و 500 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم اسانس مرزه و جیرههای حاوی سطوح 5/0 و یک درصد اسانس کپسولهشده مرزه بودند. افزودن سطوح مختلف اسانس مرزه خوزستانی در دو شکل رایج و میکروکپسولهشده به جیره جوجههای گوشتی، تأثیری بر مقدار مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی، پاسخ ایمنی و تعداد گلبولهای سفید و قرمز نداشت. اما تیمارهای آزمایشی حاوی اسانس مرزه رایج و میکروکپسولهشده نسبت به تیمار شاهد سبب کاهش معنیدار وزن زنده بدن پرندگان گردید. میزان هورمونهای تیروئیدی (T3 و T4) و فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون (کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، HDL و LDL) تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. با اینکه صفات بافتشناسی روده باریک مانند عرض پرز، عمق کریپت و نسبت طول پرز به عمق کریپت تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت، ولی سطح 5/0 درصد اسانس کپسولهشده مرزه سبب کاهش نسبت طول به عرض پرز بهصورت معنیداری گردید (05/0P<). با توجه به نتایج آزمایش حاضر، استفاده از دو شکل رایج و میکروکپسولهشده اسانس مرزه، اثری بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون و پاسخ ایمنی جوجههای گوشتی ندارد.

اثر پودر میوه عناب ضایعاتی با و بدون آنزیم بر عملکرد رشد، صفات لاشه و ریخت شناسی ایلئوم جوجههای گوشتی
بهمنظور مطالعه اثر پودر میوه عناب ضایعاتی با و بدون آنزیم روابیو بر عملکرد رشد، صفات لاشه و ریختشناسی ایلئوم روده جوجههای گوشتی، تعداد320 قطعه جوجه یک روزه نر راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آزمایش فاکتوریل 4×2 با هشت تیمار، چهار تکرار و ۱۰ قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار توزیع شد. تیمارها شامل چهار سطح ضایعات عناب (صفر، چهار، هفت و10 درصد) و دو سطح مولتی آنزیم (صفر و ۱/0 درصد) بودند. نتایج نشان داد، پرندگان تغذیهشده با جیره حاوی 10درصد عناب و آنزیم در مقایسه با شاهد (تیمار بدون عناب و آنزیم)، میانگین مصرف خوراک بالاتری در دوره رشد، پایانی و کل دوره داشتند (05/0>P). اثرات اصلی و متقابل آنزیم و عناب بر میانگین افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک تأثیر نداشت بهجز در دوره آغازین که تیمار 10درصد عناب و آنزیم افزایش وزن بالاتری در مقایسه با شاهد نشان داد (05/0>P). استفاده از سطح چهار درصد ضایعات عناب و آنزیم موجب افزایش درصد سینه و سطح هفت درصد عناب و آنزیم باعث کاهش درصد چربی محوطه شکمی در مقایسه با شاهد گردید (05/0>P). بیشترین ارتفاع پرز و کمترین عرض پرز مربوط به تیمار ۱۰ درصد عناب بههمراه آنزیم بود (05/0>P). در مقایسه با شاهد، تیمار حاوی آنزیم (بدون عناب) نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت بالاتری داشت (05/0>P). بنابراین، افزودن ۱۰درصد پودر میوه عناب ضایعاتی به جیره جوجههای گوشتی و مکمل کردن آن با آنزیم باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد و کیفیت گوشت میگردد.

اثر منابع مختلف عناصر منگنز، روی و مس بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و پاسخ ایمنی در جوجه های گوشتی
بهمنظور تعیین اثر منابع مختلف عناصر منگنز، روی و مس (سولفات، آلی خارجی و آلی داخلی) و سطوح (100 و 50 درصد نیاز) بر عملکرد و پاسخ ایمنی، آزمایشی با استفاده از 480 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه کاب 500، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی بهروش فاکتوریل 2×3 انجام شد. وزن زنده و خوراک مصرفی بهصورت هفتگی اندازهگیری و ضریب تبدیل محاسبه شد. در پایان دوره، خونگیری از جوجهها انجام و عیار تولید پادتن علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفندی، پاسخ به ویروس بیماری نیوکاسل و شمارش تفریقی گلبولهای سفید اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد نوع منبع مواد معدنی تأثیری بر عملکرد رشد جوجه گوشتی نداشت. اثر نوع مکمل معدنیمنگنز، روی و مس بر درصد ماندگاری معنیدار بود (05/0 P<) و تیمارهای نوع آلی داخلی و خارجی بیشترین ماندگاری را داشتند. نوع آلی داخلی منگنز، روی و مس سبب پاسخ بیشتری به تیتر آنتیبادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند شد (05/0 P<). علاوه بر این سطح 100 درصد نیاز این عناصر سبب افزایش وزن زنده (05/0 P<)، شاخص کارایی (05/0 P<) و بهبود ضریب تبدیل (05/0 P<) شد. پرندگان تغذیهشده به مقدار 50 درصد نیاز مکمل معدنی واکنش بیشتری به عیار پادتن علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند نشان دادند (05/0 P<). براساس نتایج این تحقیق، شکل آلی سه عنصر منگنز، روی و مس تولیدشده در ایران، میتواند بهصورت همزمان احتیاجات جوجههای گوشتی به این عناصر را تأمین نموده و جایگزین شکل سولفات و آلی خارجی شود. علاوه بر این، سطح 100 درصد نیاز عناصر منگنز، روی و مس، بدون در نظر گرفتن منبع، برای عملکرد رشد و سطح 50 درصد نیاز برای عملکرد بهتر سیستم ایمنی توصیه میشوند.

تأثیر افزودن منابع معدنی، کیلات و نانو آهن به جیره بر عملکرد، ذخیره آهن در بافتها و کیفیت گوشت بلدرچین ژاپنی
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات افزودن سطوح مختلف منابع نمک معدنی، کیلات و نانو آهن به جیره بر عملکرد، ذخیره آهن در بافتها و کیفیت گوشت بلدرچین ژاپنی، آزمایشی با تعداد 400 قطعه بلدرچین ژاپنی نر در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 10 تیمار آزمایشی و چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل یک جیره پایه فاقد مکمل آهن (شاهد) و جیرههای پایه مکملشده با سطوح 60، 90 و120 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم سولفات، کیلات و نانو آهن بودند. پرندگانی که با مقدار 120 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم کیلات آهن تغذیه شدند، افزایش وزن بیشتری نسبت به گروههای شاهد، 60 و 120 میلیگرم سولفات داشتند )05/0>(P. تغذیه 90 و 120 میلیگرم نانو آهن باعث بهبود ضریب تبدیل خوراک در مقایسه با گروههای شاهد، سولفات و 60 میلیگرم کیلات آهن شد )05/0>(P. پرندگانی که با 90 و 120 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم کیلات و 120 میلی گرم نانو آهن تغذیه شدند، دارای آهن بیشتری در گوشت سینه نسبت به گروههای سولفات و شاهد بودند )05/0>(P. گروه 120 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم کیلات آهن ظرفیت نگهداری آب بیشتری را نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد، 60 و 90 میلیگرم سولفات، 60 میلیگرم کیلات و 90 میلیگرم نانو آهن و مقدار مالون دی آلدهید کمتر از گروه شاهد و 60 میلیگرم سولفات آهن داشت )05/0>(P. گروه 120 میلیگرم نانو آهن، میزان آهن کبد و سرم خون بیشتر و افت ناشی از پخت کمتر در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد داشت )05/0>(P. در پژوهش حاضر، اشکال و سطوح مختلف آهن، بر پارامترهای مورد بررسی، اثر متغیری داشتند.

تاثیر سطوح مختلف تعادل الکترولیتی و کلسیم جیره بر عملکرد، ترکیب استخوان و ویژگیهای لاشه بلدرچینهای ژاپنی
بهمنظور مطالعه اثر سطوح مختلف تعادل الکترولیتی و کلسیم جیره بر عملکرد، ترکیب استخوان و ویژگیهای لاشه بلدرچین ژاپنی، تعداد 720 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×3 شامل سه سطح تعادل الکترولیتی (150، 250 و 350 میلیاکیوالان در کیلوگرم) و سه سطح کلسیم (4/0، 8/0 و 6/1 درصد) در نه تیمار، پنج تکرار و 16 قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار از سن 14 تا 35 روزگی، مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که پرندگان تغذیهشده با جیره حاوی 4/0 درصد کلسیم و تعادل الکترولیتی 250 میلیاکیوالان در کیلوگرم، بیشترین مقدار مصرف خوراک را داشتند (05/0P<). تیمارهای آزمایشی بر ضریب تبدیل خوراک اثری نداشتند. در دو سطح 4/0 و 8/0 درصد کلسیم جیره، بیشترین مقدار کلسیم استخوان در تعادل الکترولیتی 150 میلیاکیوالان در کیلوگرم مشاهده شد (05/0P<). کمترین وزن کلیه در تیمار حاوی 6/1 درصد کلسیم و تعادل الکترولیتی 150 میلیاکیوالان در کیلوگرم و بیشترین وزن نسبی ران و سینه در تیمار حاوی 8/0 درصد کلسیم و تعادل الکترولیتی 150 میلیاکیوالان در کیلوگرم، مشاهده شد (05/0P<). براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، اثر متقابل کلسیم و تعادل الکترولیتی جیره میتواند بهعنوان یک محدودیت مهم در جیرهنویسی برای بلدرچین ژاپنی در حال رشد، در نظر گرفته شود.

تاثیر اسانس درمنه خزری و باکتری لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس بر عملکرد بلدرچینهای ژاپنی در مرحله تخمگذاری
تأثیر اسانس درمنه خزری و باکتری لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس بر عملکرد، میکروبیولوژی، مورفولوژی و قابلیت هضم ایلئومی مواد مغذی در بلدرچینهای تخمگذار ژاپنی با استفاده از تعداد 180 قطعه بلدرچین تخمگذار 46 روزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار و پنج تکرار (نه قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار) بررسی شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره پایه بهعنوان گروه شاهد (فاقد افزودنی)، جیره پایه+ اُکسیتتراسایکلین (200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، جیره پایه+ اسانس درمنه خزری (250 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) و جیره پایه+ لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس (cfu 1011×02/4 در کیلوگرم جیره) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس در مقایسه با تیمارهای شاهد و اسانس درمنه خزری سبب افزایش توده تخم بر اساس مرغ خانه شد (05/0P<). همچنین استفاده از تیمارهای لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس و اسانس درمنه خزری در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد سبب افزایش لاکتوباسیلهای موجود در محتویات ایلئوم پرندگان شد (05/0P<). افزون بر این، پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیرههای حاوی لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس و اُکسیتتراسایکلین از نظر صفات ارتفاع پرز و نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش معنیداری را نشان دادند (05/0P<). نتیجهگیری میشود که استفاده از لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس بهعنوان یک جایگزین برای آنتیبیوتیک مناسبتر از اسانس درمنه خزری است.
