ارزیابی ژنتیکی ناهنجاریهای تولیدمثلی و صفات باروری با مدلهای مختلط استاندارد و یکطرفه در گاوهای هلشتاین
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی ژنتیکی صفات جفتماندگی، متریت، تعداد تلقیح به ازای هر آبستنی و روزهای باز با مدلهای استاندارد و یکطرفه براساس دادههای زایش اول 50230 راس گاو هلشتاین جمعآوری شده در سالهای 1387 تا 1396 در 17 گله بزرگ گاو شیری، بود. دادهها با مدل دام گوسی - آستانهای چهارصفتی با دو مدل استاندارد و یکطرفه واکاوی شدند. در مدل یکطرفه، آثار علَی بروز جفتماندگی بر متریت، تعداد تلقیح به ازای هر آبستنی و روزهای باز، متریت بر تعداد تلقیح به ازای هر آبستنی و روزهای باز و تعداد تلقیح به ازای هر آبستنی بر روزهای باز در نظر گرفته شدند. اثرات علَی جفتماندگی و متریت بر تعداد تلقیح به ازای هر آبستنی به ترتیب 0.19 و 0.09 سرویس، بر روزهای باز به ترتیب 4.74 و 5.38 روز و اثر علّی تعداد تلقیح به ازای هر آبستنی بر روزهای باز 33 روز به دست آمدند. روابط علَی بین صفات به جز جفتماندگی بر متریت و همبستگی های فنوتیپی و باقیمانده بین ناهنجاریها و باروری تحت دو مدل از لحاظ آماری معنیدار بودند. میانگینهای پسین وراثتپذیری جفت-ماندگی، متریت، تعداد تلقیح به ازای آبستنی و روزهای باز در مدل استاندارد به ترتیب 0.15، 0.17، 0.07 و 0.09 و در مدل یکطرفه به ترتیب 0.16، 0.17 ، 0.07 و 0.1 برآورد گردیدند که همه آنها از لحاظ آماری معنیدار بودند؛ ولی با یکدیگر اختلاف آماری معنیداری نداشتند. بنابراین، این مدل می تواند به عنوان جایگزین برای مدل استاندارد در ارزیابی ژنتیکی صفات تولیدمثلی زایش نخست گاوهای هلشتاین به کار رود.

اهمیت اثرات مادری در تنظیم پاسخ شاخصهای التهابی و الگوی بیان ژنهای TNF-α و Zo-1 در بافت روده و یا کبد جوجههای گوشتی سویه راس 308
در این پژوهش، اثرات تزریق زرده تخممرغ خزک به تخممرغ سویه تجاری راس 308 بر برخی شاخصهای التهابی و ایمنی، و نیز بیان نسبی ژنهای TNF-α و یا Zo-1 در بافت روده و کبد نتاج بررسی شد. بدین منظور تعداد 250 تخممرغ بارور سویه راس 308 بطور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایشی یکسان شامل گروه آزمون (تزریق زرده خزک) و گروه شاهد (تزریق زرده راس) تخصیص داده شدند. پس از تفریخ، جوجهها در شرایط یکسان استاندارد تحت برخی چالشهای التهابی در سنین 28-21 روزگی برای مدت شش هفته پرورش یافتند. نمونههای خون و یا بافت پرندگان در روزهای 10 و 42 جمعآوری و برای صفات مورد نظر بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ترکیبات زرده خزک سبب کاهش بیان سیتوکین التهابی TNF-α در بافتهای کبد و روده نتاج شد )05/0>(P. در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، تزریق زرده خزک سبب افزایش میزان تیتر آنتیبادی طبیعی IGA و تیتر آنتیبادیهای اولیه و ثانویه بر ضد گلبول قرمز گوسفندی (SRBC) و کاهش غلظت سرمی پروتئینCRP و آنزیم کبدی ALT در نتاج شد )05/0>(P. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش تزریق زردة تخممرغهای بومی خزک به زرده تخممرغهای سویة تجاری راس 308 میتواند به طور مؤثری سبب کاهش میزان بیان سیتوکین التهابی TNF-α در بافتهای کبد و روده نتاج شود.

تنوع ژنتیکی چهار ژن کاندید مرتبط به سیستم ایمنی در مرغهای تجاری گوشتی و تخمگذار
در تحقیق حاضر، چندشکلی چهار جایگاه ژنی شامل TLR4، IgL، IL2 و IFNɣ، در 100 قطعه مرغ تجاری گوشتی و تخمگذار با استفاده از تکنیک PCR-RFLP و آنزیمهای برشی HphI، Sau96I و Tsp509I بررسی شدند. در جایگاه نشانگری TLR4، دو آلل C (دو باند 138 و 119 جفت بازی و G (سه باند 119، 99 و 39 جفت بازی)، در جایگاه ژنی IL2، دو آلل A (چهار باند 465، 64، 40 و 31 جفت بازی) و B (پنج باند 454، 64، 40، 31 و 11 جفت بازی)، در جایگاه ژنی IgL، دو آلل M (دو باند 173 و 161 جفت بازی و دو باند 10 جفت بازی) و N (سه باند 161، 103، 70 و دو باند 10 جفت بازی) و در جایگاه ژنی IFNγ، دو آلل E (یک باند 129 جفت بازی) و F (دو باند 90 و 39 جفت بازی) شناسایی شدند. در جایگاههای نشانگری TLR4، IL2، IgL و IFNɣ، ساختارهای جمعیتی در کل جمعیتها شامل شاخص اطلاعات شانون به ترتیب 43/0، 62/0، 68/0 و 69/0، شاخص تثبیت به ترتیب 19/0-، 37/0، 18/0- و 17/0 و شاخص هتروزیگوسیتی مشاهده شده به ترتیب 32/0، 27/0، 58/0 و 41/0 برآورد شدند. با توجه به وجود چندشکلی در این جایگاهها و در صورت مطالعهی پاسخهای ایمنی ژنوتیپهای مشاهده شده برای جایگاههای ژنی مورد مطالعه میتوان از آنها به عنوان نشانگر در برنامههای اصلاح نژاد ژنتیکی مرغها برای افزایش مقاومت به بیماریها بهره برد.

تأثیر سطوح مختلف روی معدنی، نانو و آلی بر جذب روی، پروتئین میکروبی، متابولیتها و ایمونوگلوبولینهای خون و آغوز در میش و بره
در این پژوهش، تأثیر سطوح مختلف اکسید روی، نانواکسید روی و متیونین روی در جیرههای پیش و پس از زایش، بر ﻣﺼﺮف خوراک، جذب روی، پروتئین میکروبی، و متابولیتها و ایمونوگلوبولینهای G، M و A در خون و آغوز میش و برههای شیرخوار بررسی شد. آزمایش از 50 روز پیش تا 30 روز پس از زایش اجرا شد. تعداد 60 رأس میش آبستن کردی خراسان در شش گروه آزمایشی (10 تکرار) در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی تقسیم شدند. جیرههای آزمایشی حاوی اکسید روی، نانواکسید روی و متیونین روی معادل با میزان پیشنهادی NRC، و همچنین بیش از نیاز NRC بودند. جایگزینی اکسید روی با نانواکسید روی یا متیونین روی تأثیری بر صفات مختلف در میش نداشت، اما افزایش سطح روی در جیره میش موجب افزایش مصرف روزانه روی، کاهش ضریب جذب روی، و افزایش دفع روی از مدفوع شد (05/0>P). تغذیه میشهای مادر با منابع مختلف روی تأثیری بر متابولیتها و ایمونوگلوبولینهای خون برههای شیرخوار نداشت. در مجموع، نانواکسید روی تأثیر منفی یا مثبت بر میش و برههای شیرخوار نداشت و مصرف متیونین روی به جای اکسید روی نیز موجب بهبود وضعیت متابولیکی دام نشد. از سوی دیگر، افزایش غلظت روی در جیره میزان دفع روی به محیط را افزایش داد. در عمل، استفاده از شکل مرسوم اکسید روی در سطح توصیه NRC برای تأمین نیاز و حفظ ایمنی میشها در دوره پیش و پس از زایش کافی است و نیازی به روی اضافی از منابع دیگر نمیباشد.

تأثیر بیوچار محصول فرعی پسته بر فراسنجههای تخمیر برون تنی شکمبهای و عملکرد میشهای شیرده
بهمنظوربررسی تأثیر افزودن بیوچار محصول فرعی پسته به جیره میشهای شیرده، دو آزمایش انجام شد. در آزمایش اول، تأثیر افزودن سطوح صفر، 0/5، یک و 1/5 درصد از بیوچار محصول فرعی پسته به جیره پایه در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار و سه تکرار بر فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبه پس از 24 ساعت انکوباسیون بررسی شد. در آزمایش دوم با افزودن سطح مطلوب بیوچار تعیینشده در آزمایش اول به جیره میشهای شیرده، تأثیر آن بر عملکرد شیردهی و قابلیت هضم خوراک بررسی شد. در این آزمایش از هشت رأس میش شیرده نژاد کرمانی زایش دوم در اوایل شیردهی در قالب یک طرح مربع لاتین چرخشی طی دو دوره 21 روزه استفاده شد. با افزایش سطح بیوچار در جیرهها تولید متان و غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی کاهش خطی نشان دادند (0/01P< ) و pH بهصورت خطی افزایش (0/01P< ) یافت. همچنین با افزودن یک درصد بیوچار به جیره میشهای شیرده تولید شیر، غلظت گلوکز خون و قابلیت هضم ماده خشک نسبت به جیره شاهد افزایش (0/05P< ) و غلظت نیتروژن اورهای خون کاهش (0/05P< ) یافت. بهطورکلی افزودن سطح یک درصد بیوچار محصول فرعی پسته به جیره میشهای شیرده میتواند سبب بهبود تولید شیر و قابلیت هضم ماده خشک شود.

تأثیر مخلوط اسانس گیاهان دارویی سیر و آویشن بعد از دوره محدودیت غذایی بر عملکرد، سرعت رشد و جمعیت میکروبی جوجه های گوشتی
این مطالعه به سرعت، منظور بررسی اثر مخلوط اسانس گیاهان دارویی سیر و آویشن بعد از اعمال محدودیت غذایی بر عملکرد رشد و جمعیت میکروبی ایلئوم جوجه قطعه جوجه ۳۳۶ های گوشتی با استفاده از تعداد گوشتی یک در ۳۰۸ روزه سویه راس قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به . قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار انجام گرفت ۱۴ ) با شش تیمار، چهار تکرار و ۲×۳( روش فاکتوریل درصد محدودیت) و سه نوع افزودنی محرک رشد (بدون ۱۰ فاکتورها شامل دو سطح محدودیت غذایی (بدون محدودیت و افزودنی، آنتی روزگی به ۱۸ بیوتیک و مخلوط اسانسهای سیر و آویشن) بودند. نتایج نشان داد وزن بدن طور معنی داری تحت P ۰/۰۵( تأثیر محدودیت غذایی کاهش یافت <.) محدودیت غذایی، افزودنی های خوراکی و اثر متقابل آن ها تأثیری بر شاخصهای عملکردی نداشت. افزودن مخلوط اسانسها باعث کاهش معنا P ۰/۰۵( دار تلفات گردید <.) سرعت رشد نسبی تحت تأثیر محدودیت غذایی وآثار متقابل محدودیت غذایی و افزودنیها به P ۰/۰۵( طور معنیداری بالاتر بود <.) تیمار های آزمایشی نتوانستند هزینه خوراک برای تولید یک کیلوگرم وزن زنده را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. جمعیت اشریشیا کلای و کل باکتری های P ۰/۰۵( روزگی تحت تأثیر محدودیت غذایی کاهش یافت ۱۸ هوازی ایلئوم در <.) افزودن مخلوط اسانسها اثر معناداری بر کاهش جمعیت اشریشیاکلای و کل باکتری P ۰/۰۵( های هوازی و افزایش جمعیت باکتریهای اسیدلاکتیک داشت <.) با توجه به استفاده از مخلوط اسانس گیاهان دارویی سیر و آویشن در تغذیه جوجه ، نتایج حاصل های مواجه با محدودیت غذایی می تواند سرعت رشد جبرانی را افزایش دهد. استفاده از مخلوط اسانسهای سیر و آویشن در این پرندگان، تلفات را به طور چشم گیری کاهش، و جمعیت میکروبی ایلئوم را بهبود می بخشد.

برآورد نیاز روی در جیره های بر پایه گندم-سویا با روش ارزیابی پاسخ های عملکرد رشد جوجه های گوشتی
به منظور تعیین نیاز روی جوجه های گوشتی در شرایط تغذیه با جیره های بر پایه گندم آزمایشی با استفاده از 250 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار، پنج تکرار و 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در دوره سنی یک تا 42 روزگی انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تأمین پنج سطح غلظت روی جیره (30، 70، 110، 150 و 190 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) با افزودن مکمل روی به فرم "ZnSO4.7H2O" بودند. با افزایش سطح روی جیره به 70 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم شاخصهای عملکردی شامل میانگین وزن در سنین، 10، 24 و 42 روزگی، مصرف خوراک و رشد روزانه در دوره های سنی یک تا 10، 42-25 و یک تا 42 روزگی و بازده غذایی در دوره سنی یک تا 10 روزگی بهطور معنی دار افزایش یافتند. میزان احتیاجات روی به منظور بهینه سازی شاخصهای میانگین وزن پایان دوره پرورش، مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن روزانه و بازده غذایی با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی خط شکسته خطی به ترتیب 68.77، 83.12، 66.99 و 62.75 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره و با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی خط شکسته درجه دو به ترتیب 70.00، 79.93، 69.63 و 58.01 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره برآورد شد. با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق احتیاجات روی جوجه های گوشتی در شرایط تغذیه با جیره های بر پایه گندم به منظور بروز بهینه شاخصهای عملکرد رشد در دامنه 83-58 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره، بیشتر از توصیه انجمن ملی تحقیقات و کمتر از توصیه سویه های تجاری است.

برآورد معادلات رگرسیون پیشبینی انرژی قابل سوخت و سازکنجاله سویا در جیره غذایی جوجههای گوشتی
این تحقیق به منظور تعیین معادلات رگرسیونی براساس آنالیز شیمیایی برای پیشبینی انرژی قابل سوختوساز ظاهری تصحیح شده برای ازت AMEn)) نه نمونه کنجاله سویای موجود در بازار ایران انجام شد. انرژی قابل سوختوساز کنجالههای سویا به روش جایگزینی در دوره آغازین (هفت تا 10 روزگی)، رشد (21 تا 24 روزگی) و پایانی (31 تا 34 روزگی) در جوجههای گوشتی و با استفاده از نشانگر خاکستر نامحلول در اسید اندازهگیری شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تفاوت معنیدار بین دادههای آنالیز شیمیایی و AMEn اندازهگیری شده به روش بیولوژیکی نمونههای کنجالههای سویا موجود در بازار ایران وجود دارد (05/0P˂). میانگین AMEn اندازهگیری شده نمونههای کنجاله سویا در سن آغازین، رشد و پایانی برابر1463، 1871 و 2025 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بود. همچنین، بین میانگین AMEn برآورد شده با معادله انجمن ملی تحقیقات آمریکا و میانگین AMEn اندازهگیری شده به روش بیولوژیکی به ترتیب برای دوره آغازین، رشد، پایانی و کل دوره برابر با 2/34، 8/15، 9/8 و 7/19 درصد اختلاف مشاهده شد. در نهایت، باتوجه به دو شاخص ضریب تبیین و آماره انحراف استاندارد پیشبینی در دوره آغازین استفاده از معادله رگرسیونی AMEn = 47.873×NFE، در دوره رشد معادله AMEn = 60.203×NFE، در دوره پایانی معادله AMEn = 65.612×NFE و در کل دوره پرورش معادله AMEn = 57.923×NFE پیشنهاد میشود. درنتیجه به نظر می رسد با استفاده از این معادلات می توان تامین دقیقتری از AMEn کنجاله سویا و در نتیجه عملکرد تولیدی بهتری از پرنده انتظار داشت.

اثر کنجاله گلرنگ حاوی مکملهای میکروبی و آنزیمی بر عملکرد، کیفیت گوشت و ایمنی همورال بلدرچین ژاپنی
این آزمایش بهمنظور بررسی اثر کنجاله گلرنگ حاوی مکملهای میکروبی و آنزیمی بر عملکرد، کیفیت گوشت و ایمنی همورال بلدرچین ژاپنی انجام شد. تعداد 300 قطعه بلدرچین ژاپنی هفتروزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به پنج تیمار،چهار تکرار و 15 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار اختصاص داده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره بر پایه ذرت و کنجاله سویا (شاهد)، 2) جیره حاوی 20 درصد کنجاله گلرنگ، 3) جیره حاوی 20 درصد کنجاله گلرنگ تخمیرشده، 4) جیره حاوی 20 درصد کنجاله گلرنگ+ پروبیوتیک کلسپورین® بهمیزان 50 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خوراک و 5) جیره حاوی 20 درصد کنجاله گلرنگ+ آنزیم اندوپاور® بهمقدار 125 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خوراک بودند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان دادند که استفاده از تیمارهای حاوی کنجاله گلرنگ تخمیر شده، پروبیوتیک کلسپورین و آنزیم در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد سبب بهبود افزایش وزن و مصرف خوراک جوجهها شدند (05/0P<). ضریب تبدیل خوراک گروه شاهد و بلدرچینهای دریافتکننده جیرههای حاوی کنجاله گلرنگ تخمیرشده و کنجاله گلرنگ+ آنزیم اندوپاور® از سایر گروههای آزمایشی کمتر بود (05/0P<).پرندگان تغذیهشده با کنجاله گلرنگ افت ناشی از پخت گوشت کمتری داشتند (05/0P<). ظرفیت نگهداری آب گوشت و نیز عیار پادتن تولیدشده علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفندی در تیمار دریافتکننده کنجاله گلرنگ تخمیرشده نسبت به گروه شاهد بالاتر بود (05/0P<).با توجه به اثرات مثبت تغذیه با کنجاله گلرنگ تخمیر شده و حاوی مکملهای پروبیوتیک و آنزیم بر عملکرد، کیفیت گوشت و سیستم ایمنی بلدرچین ژاپنی میتوان از این منبع پروتئینی قابل دسترس و ارزان در جیره بلدرچین استفاده کرد.

تأثیر پروبیوتیک و اسانس گیاه آرتمیزیا آنووا بر کیفیت تخم و لاشه بلدرچینهای تخمگذار ژاپنی
هدف از این آزمایش بررسی تأثیر اسانس گیاه آرتمیزیا آنوا و پروبیوتیک لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس بر کیفیت تخم و لاشه بلدرچینهای تخمگذار ژاپنی بود. بههمین منظور از تعداد 180 قطعه بلدرچین تخمگذار 46 روزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار و پنج تکرار (نه قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار) استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره پایه بهعنوان گروه شاهد (فاقد افزودنی)، 2) جیره پایه + اکسیتتراسایکلین (200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، 3) جیره پایه + اسانس گیاه آرتمیزیا آنوا (250 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) و 4) جیره پایه + پروبیوتیک (CFU1011× 02/4 لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس در کیلوگرم جیره) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از پروبیوتیک در مقایسه با تیمارهای شاهد و آرتمیزیا سبب افزایش معنیدار مجموع وزن تخم و گرم تخم تولیدی روزانه شد (05/0P<). همچنین در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، مکمل کردن جیره پایه با اسانس گیاه آرتمیزیا سبب کاهش میزان مالون دیآلدئید زرده تخم (05/0P<) و وزن کبد (06/0P=) شد. افزون بر این استفاده از تمامی افزودنیها سبب افزایش وزن فولیکولهای F3 و F2 شد (05/0P<). براساس نتایج این آزمایش، میتوان از لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس بهعنوان یک جایگزین برای آنتیبیوتیک برای افزایش تولید و از اسانس آرتمیزیا برای تولید محصولات سالم در تغذیه بلدرچین استفاده نمود.

اثر سطح و اندازه ذرات پلیساکاریدهای نامحلول پوسته برنج و پوسته یولاف جیره بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و ریخت شناسی روده جوجههای گوشتی
هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی سطح، اندازه ذرات و منبع پلیساکاریدهای نامحلول (پوسته برنج و پوسته یولاف) بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و ریختشناسی روده جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه به مدت 42 روز بود. در این آزمایش از 360 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نرسویه راس (308) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با نه تیمار، چهار تکرار و 10 جوجه در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل شاهد، دو نوع منبع فیبر (پوسته برنج و پوسته یولاف) نامحلول با دو سطح مصرف (سه و شش درصد جیره) و با دو اندازه ذرات (نیم و دو میلیمتر) بود. نتایج نشان داد سطح شش درصد و اندازه ذرات نیممیلیمتر پوسته برنج در 42-29 روزگی باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک و افزایش وزن بدن و کاهش ضریب تبدیل در مقایسه با شاهد گردید (05/0>P). سطح شش درصد و اندازه ذرات نیم میلیمتر پوسته یولاف در مقایسه با گروه شاهد باعث کاهش چربی محوطه بطنی و راندمان لاشه شد. وزن نسبی سنگدان و کیسه صفرا در تیمارهای دارای پوسته یولاف و پوسته برنج درمقایسه با شاهد افزایش یافت(05/0>P). استفاده از پوسته برنج سبب افزایش ارتفاع پرز در ژژنوم در 21 و42 روزگی و در ایلئوم در 21 روزگی نسبت به سایر تیمارها شد (01/0>P). در 21 روزگی بیشترین ضخامت اپیتلیوم در بخش دوازدهه روده باریک جوجههای مصرف کننده جیره حاوی سه درصد پوسته برنج با اندازه ذرات دو میلیمتر در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بود (01/0>P). بنابراین افزودن پوسته برنج در سطح سه درصد و اندازه ذرات نیم میلیمتر سبب بهبود فراسنجههای بافت شناسی روده و در نتیجه عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی میشود.

بررسی ارتباط برخی فراسنجههای تولیدی و تولیدمثلی با جنسیت گوسالهها در گاوهای نژاد شیری
مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط شاخصهای مختلف تولیدی و تولیدمثلی با جنسیت گوسالههای نوزاد در شهرستان شهریار انجام شد. برنامههای همزمانسازی فحلی و تشخیص آبستنی در گله توسط یک متخصص مامایی دام، 1396 تا 1395از سال برنامهریزی و اجرا شد. گاوهای فحل بر اساس پیشینه تولیدمثلی با یکی از روشهای تلقیح مصنوعی و یا جفتگیری با گاو نر بارور شدند .لانه گزینی جنین در شاخ چپ یا راست رحم با استفاده از سونوگرافی تعیین شد. جنسیت گوسالهها بعد از زایش جهت آنالیز ثبت شد .نتایج نشان داد فاکتورهای فاصله زایش تا اولین تلقیح و فاصله گوسالهزایی هیچگونه اثر معنی داری بر P 0/05(جنسیت گوساله نداشتند >). بین سن مادر و نوع تلقیح با جنسیت گوساله ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده نشد .لانهگزینی جنین در شاخ سمت راست رحم نسبت به شاخ سمت چپ منجر به افزایش معنیدار تولد گوسالههای ماده نسبت به نر شد درصد )به 45 ). میزان تولد گوسالههای ماده در گاوهای پر تولید ( P<0/05( 25 طور معنیداری بیشتر از گاوهای کم تولید ( درصد )به 60 ). در گاوهای شکم اول میزان تولد گوسالههای ماده ( P<0/05( درصد) بود طور معنیداری بیشتر از گاوهای شکم .)بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت برخی شاخصها نظیر سمت شاخ رحمی P<0/05( درصد )بود 47 و 46 ،47( سوم و چهارم ،دوم آبستن، سطح تولید شیر و شکم زایش ارتباط معنیداری با جنسیت گوسالهها دارند. بنابراین این امکان وجود دارد که بتوان قبل از تولد، مدیریت گله را به گونهای هدایت کرد که درصد جنسیتی گوسالههای نوزاد را به سوی درصد جنسیتی مورد نظر افزایش داد.
