همسانهسازی ژن زیرواحد بتا هورمون گونادوتروپین جفت انسانی در پی انتقال ژن به اسپرم خروس
هدف از این مطالعه، همسانهسازیزیرواحد بتای هورمون گونادوتروپین جفت انسانی در ناقل مناسب بود که بتواند از طریق اسپرم در تولید طیور تراریخت به کار گرفته شود. به این منظور زیرواحد بتای این هورمون به کمک یک جفت آغازگر اختصاصی تکثیر و درناقل T همسانهسازی شد. فرآیند ترانسفورماسیون پلاسمید نوترکیب در سلولهای مستعد اشریشیاکلی انجام گرفت و کلونیهای دارای پلاسمید نوترکیب بهوسیله PCR انتخاب شدند. صحت تخلیص پلاسمید ابتدا توسط هضم آنزیمی و نهایتاً به روش توالییابی بررسی شد. پس از آن، زنجیره بتا از ناقلT جداسازی شد و مجددا در ناقل بیانی pcDNA3.1+ همسانهسازی شد. نتایج آنالیز آنزیمی و تعیین توالی نشان داد که پلاسمید نوترکیب hCGβ/ pCDNA3.1+ با توالی صحیح ساخته شد و تطابق کامل با ژن زیرواحد بتای هورمون گونادوتروپین جفت انسانی داشت. می توان نتیجه گرفت که پلاسمید نوترکیب حاوی زیر واحد بتای گونادوتروپین جفت انسانی ساختار مناسبی برای انتقال به اسپرم خروس دارد که می تواند در تولید جوجه های تراریخت به کار گرفته شود.

بررسی چندشکلی ژنهای Wnt10a و Wnt10b در گوسفند آمیخته افشاری برولامرینو
انتخاب دامهای زنده دارای حداقل چربی لاشه در جهت اصلاح گلههای داشتی به افزایش تولید گوشت کشور کمک میکند. اعضای خانواده ژن Wnt از عوامل مؤثر در تمایز سلولهای چربی هستند. این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی ارتباط چندشکلی ژنهای Wnt10a و Wnt10b با صفات لاشه در 96 رأس گوسفند آمیخته افشاری-برولامرینو انجام شد. از نمونه خون گوسفندان آمیخته بهروش فنول کلروفرم DNA استخراج شد و واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز برای تکثیر قطعههای 663 جفتبازی از اگزون سوم و قسمتی از اینترون دوم ژن Wnt10aو 512 جفتبازی از اگزون سوم ژن Wnt10b انجام شد. یک چندشکلی و سه تکشکلی (مشاهده آللی متفاوت از توالی رفرنس) در جایگاه ژن Wnt10a مشاهده شد اما تفاوتی بین نمونهها برای ژن Wnt10b وجود نداشت. یک تکشکلی در ناحیه اینترون و یک تغییر تکنوکلئوتیدی از نوع هممعنی و دو تکشکلی در ناحیه اگزون درژن Wnt10a مشاهده شد که یکی از این تکشکلیها در کدون 139بود. پس از هضم با آنزیم برشی HpaII در کدون 139، مشخص شد که تمامی افراد در مقایسه با توالی رفرنس دارای ژنوتیپ هموزیگوت موتانت هستند. این SNP علاوه بر گوسفندان آمیخته در تعدادی از گوسفندان افشاری (دنبهدار) و زل (بدون دنبه) نیز بررسی شد و مجدداً همان نتایج مشاهده شد. براساس نتایج این تحقیق بهنظر میرسد در این جایگاه از ژن در نژادهای مورد بررسی آلل اصلی G باشد.

مطالعه روابط تکاملی و فیلوژنتیکی ژن گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز-۱ در جمعیتهای خزک و رأس 308
استرس گرمایی یکی از مهمترین عوامل استرسزای محیطی است که تولید طیور در دنیا بهخصوص در مناطق گرم همانند استان سیستان و بلوچستان در ایران را با چالش همراه کرده است. استرس گرمایی موجب افزایش تولید رادیکالهای آزاد در بدن پرندگان میشود. گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز نقش مهمی بهعنوان آنتیاکسیدان سلولی در استرس گرمایی ایفا میکند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تجزیه تکاملی و فیلوژنتیک توالی نوکلئوتیدی GPX-1 در دو جمعیت راس ۳۰۸ و خزک بود. نمونههای خون از ۱۰ پرنده از دو جمعیت خزک و راس ۳۰۸ بهطور تصادفی جمعآوری شد (پنج قطعه از خزک و پنج قطعه راس ۳۰۸). DNA از خون کامل استخراج شد. تکثیر PCR قطعه ۸۰۰ جفت بازی از GPX-1 با استفاده از یک جفت پرایمر اختصاصی انجام گرفت. سپس محصول تکثیر برای توالییابی DNA ارسال شد. همردیفی توالی قطعات GPX-1 در مجموع نه هاپلوتیپ و ۱۳ ناحیه متغیر را نمایان ساخت. از ۱۳ ناحیه چندشکل، پنج ناحیه جهشهای نقطهای بودند. ترسیم درخت فیلوژنتیک تشابه ژنتیکی بالایی را در بین دو جمعیت مورد مطالعه نشان داد، اما تفرق در درون جمعیتها نشان میدهد که امکان بهبود، تغییرات ژنتیکی و افزایش مقاومت به استرسهای محیطی در نتیجه انتخاب وجود دارد. نتایج فاصله ژنتیکی و نواحی چندشکل GPX-1 در گونههای مختلف درخت فیلوژنتیک را تأیید نمودند. مطالعه فرآیندهای انتخاب مثبت نشان داد که انتخاب و تکامل نقش مهمی در فهم نقش زیستی این ژن دارند.

تأثیر عصاره تاننی استخراج شده از محصول فرعی پسته با حلالهای مختلف بر تجزیهپذیری پروتئین کنجاله سویا در شکمبه
تاننها توانایی کاهش تجزیهپذیری پروتئین در شکمبه و افزایش پروتئین عبوری به روده کوچک را دارند. این آزمایش باهدف بررسی تأثیر عصاره تاننی استخراجشده از محصول فرعی پسته با حلالهای آب، اتانول 70 درصد و متانول 80 درصد بر تجزیهپذیری پروتئین کنجاله سویا در شکمبه انجام شد. مقادیری از عصارهها به کنجاله سویا اضافه شد تا غلظت تانن اضافهشده به مخلوط به 5/0 و یک درصد رسید. در کنجاله سویای بدون عصاره (شاهد) و کنجالههای سویای عملآوریشده با غلظتهای 5/0 و یک درصد از سه نوع عصاره (شش تیمار)، میزان ناپدیدشدن شکمبهای و پس از شکمبهای و همچنین تجزیهپذیری شکمبهای ماده خشک و پروتئین خام با سه تکرار اندازهگیری شد. برای تعیین میزان ناپدیدشدن و تجزیهپذیری نمونهها در شکمبه، از سه رأس گاو نر اختهشده تالشی با فیستولای شکمبهای، و برای تعیین میزان ناپدیدشدن پساز شکمبهای از دستگاه شبیهساز هضم استفاده شد. فرآوری کنجاله سویا با یک درصد تانن از عصاره آبی، 5/0 و یک درصد تانن از عصارههای اتانولی و متانولی سبب کاهش ناپدیدشدن شکمبهای پروتئین خام گردید (01/0>P)، بدون آنکه میزان ناپدیدشدن ماده خشک و پروتئین خام در کل دستگاه گوارش را تغییر دهد. فرآوری کنجالههای سویا با 5/0 و یک درصد تانن استخراجشده با آب، اتانول و متانول، غلظت پروتئینهای با تجزیه پذیری سریع را کاهش داد (01/0>P). بهطور کلی تانن عصارههای آبی، اتانولی و متانولی محصول فرعی پسته میتوانند تجزیه پروتئین کنجاله سویا در شکمبه را کاهش دهند، هرچند استفاده از عصاره آبی محصول فرعی پسته اقتصادی و کاربردیتر است.

تأثیر تغذیه سیلاژ آرتیچوک بر مصرف خوراک، گوارشپذیری و تولید پروتئین میکروبی در گوسفند
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تأثیر جایگزین کردن سیلاژ ذرت با سطوح مختلف سیلاژ علوفه آرتیچوک (سیب زمینی ترشی) بر مصرف خوراک، گوارشپذیری جیره و تولید پروتئین میکروبی، با استفاده از 20 رأس گوسفند نر شال با میانگین وزن زنده 3/2±3/65 کیلوگرم انجام شد. چهار جیره با انرژی و پروتئین برابر با نسبت علوفه به کنسانتره 64 به 36 تهیه شد که در آنها سیلاژ علوفه آرتیچوک با نسبتهای مختلف صفر، 180، 360 و 540 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک جایگزین سیلاژ ذرت گردید. جیرهها به چهار گروه دام آزمایشی برای مدت 31 روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی تغذیه شد. ماده خشک مصرفی و گوارشپذیری ماده خشک در گوسفندان مصرفکننده جیره فاقد سیلاژ آرتیچوک (شاهد) بهترتیب برابر 2139 گرم در روز و 699 گرم در کیلوگرم و در جیره حاوی 540 گرم سیلاژ علوفه آرتیچوک به ترتیب 2095 گرم در روز و 697 گرم در کیلوگرم بود. جایگزین نمودن سیلاژ آرتیچوک به جای سیلاژ ذرت تأثیری بر مصرف روزانه ماده خشک و مواد مغذی جیره نداشت. گوارشپذیری مواد مغذی تحت تأثیر جیرههای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. با جایگزین کردن سیلاژ آرتیچوک به جای سیلاژ ذرت، تغییر معنیداری در تولید پروتئین میکروبی مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل، جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت توسط سیلاژ علوفه آرتیچوک تا سطح 540 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک جیره گوسفند، تأثیر منفی بر مصرف خوراک روزانه و گوارشپذیری ندارد. بنابراین میتوان از بخش هوایی علوفه آرتیچوک به صورت یک سیلاژ در تغذیه گوسفند استفاده نمود.

اثر عصاره گیاه تشنهداری بر راندمان تجزیهپذیری و غلظت ترکیبات فنلی، فلاونوئیدی و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در مایع شکمبه با استفاده از دستگاه شبیه ساز شکمبه
اثر عصاره گیاه تشنهداری (Scrophularia striata)بهعنوان یک افزودنی برای بهبود بازده تجزیهپذیری مواد مغذی در شکمبه، غلظت کل ترکیبات فنلی، فلاونوئیدی و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در یک سیستم شبیهساز شکمبه (رزیتک) بررسی شد. بههمین منظور از 12 فرمانتور در دو دوره آزمایشی که هر یک 10 روز بهطول انجامید استفاده شد و پنج روز پایانی هر دوره از مایع درون فرمانتور نمونهبرداری شد. تیمارها شامل: گروه بدون افزودنی (شاهد)، گروه دریافتکننده 10 میلیگرم در روز موننسین (موننسین)، گروه دریافتکننده 480 میلیگرم در روز عصاره گیاهی و گروه دریافتکننده 960 میلیگرم در روز عصاره گیاهی بودند. افزودن عصاره گیاهی در هر دو سطح بهطور معنیداری تولید متان به ازای هر گرم ماده مغذی تجزیهشده را در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش داد (05/0>P). تولید کل اسیدهای چرب فرّار به ازای هر گرم ماده خشک و آلی تجزیهشده در تیمارهایی که عصاره گیاهی دریافت کرده بودند در مقایسه با شاهد و موننسین بالاتر بود (05/0P<). آمونیاک تولیدی به ازای هر واحد پروتئین خام تجزیهشده در گروهی که 960 میلیگرم عصاره دریافت کرده بود، پایینتر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0P<). تیمار دریافتکننده 960 میلیگرم عصاره، بالاترین غلظت کل ترکیبات فلاونوئیدی، فنلی و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی را نسبت به سایر تیمارها داشت (05/0P<). بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش، عصاره گیاه تشنهداری رامیتوان برای بهبود راندمان تجزیهپذیری، افزایش فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی مایع شکمبه و کاهش تولید متان به جای آنتیبیوتیک مورد توجه قرار داد.

مقایسه اثر تغذیه زیست یار مخمری در شیر یا خوراک آغازین بر عملکرد رشد، وضعیت سلامت، فراسنجه های خونی و شکمبه ای گوساله های هلشتاین
برای بررسی اثرات تغذیه زیست یار مخمری در شیر یا استارتر بر رشد، امتیاز قوام مدفوع، وضعیت سلامت و پارامترهای خونی و شکمبه ای، 30 راس گوساله ماده هلشتاین با میانگین وزن تولد 8/1 ±4/40 در مزرعه گاو شیری تلیسه نمونه از 14-65 روزگی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.گوساله ها به صورت تصادفی به سه تیمار اختصاص یافتند که شامل : یک: شاهد (بدون افزودن زیست یار مخمری)، دو: زیست یار مخمری در استارتر، سه: زیست یار مخمری در شیر جایگزین. میانگین اضافه وزن روزانه، وزن بدن و بازده خوراک، تفاوتشان بین تیمارها معنی دار نبود. مصرف ماده خشک در تیمار دو به طور معنی داری کمتر از تیمار کنترل بود (05/0 >P). قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی خوراک، غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی، اسیدیته مایع شکمبه و پارامترهای خونی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. امتیاز قوام مدفوع و سلامت در تیمار دو و سه بهتر از تیمار کنترل بود. به صورت کلی گوساله هایی که با زیست یار مخمری در شیر تغذیه شده بودند بهترین وضعیت قوام مدفوع و سلامت را داشتند (05/0 >P).

اثر مکملهای پروبیوتیکی و پریبیوتیکی بر عملکرد تولیدی گاوهای شیری
هدف از اجرای این آزمایش بررسی تأثیر مکملهایپروبیوتیکی و پریبیوتیکی بر عملکرد گاوهای شیری هلشتاین بود. به همین منظور تعداد 40 راس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین با تولید شیر روزانه 8/0 ± 33 کیلوگرم و وزن اولیه 40 ± 700 کیلوگرم در چهار گروه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) گروه شاهد (جیره پایه)، 2) گروه پروبیوتیک (جیره پایه + چهار گرم پروبیوتیک به ازای هر راس در روز)، 3) گروه پری بیوتیک (جیره پایه + 14گرم پریبیوتیک به ازای هر راس در روز)، 4) گروه سین بیوتیک (جیره پایه + چهار گرم پروبیوتیک + 14 گرم پریبیوتیک به ازای هر راس در روز) بودند. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد، میانگین مدت زمان جویدن، نشخوارکردن و خوردن بین جیرههای مختلف آزمایش اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0>P). بیشترین مدت زمان جویدن، نشخوار کردن و خوردن متعلق به گروهی بود که پروبیوتیک مصرف کرده بودند و با سایر گروهها اختلاف معنیداری داشت (05/0>P). با مصرف پروبیوتیک مقدار تولید شیرخام روزانه، تولید شیر با 5/3 درصد چربی و تولید شیر با چهار درصد چربی افزایش پیدا کرد و اختلافمعنیداری (05/0P<) با گروه شاهد (جیره پایه بدون افزودنی) داشت. بازده غذایی در جیرههای مکملشده با توجه به افزایش تولید شیر خام افزایش یافت. شاخصهای سلامتی، قوام و سیالیت مدفوع در جیرههای مکمل شده بهبود یافت. بنابر این مصرف پروبیوتیک در تغذیه گاهای شیری عملکرد و شاخصهای سلامتی را بهبود میبخشد.

اثر عصاره هیدروالکلیدو گونه آویشن و فلاوومایسین برگوارشپذیریمواد مغذی و وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی جوجه های گوشتی، با استفاده از 128قطعهجوجه یکروزهسویهراس308درقالب طرحکاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار، چهاربررسی شد. تیمارها شامل شاهد، 05/0 درصد عصاره آویشن دنائی، 05/0 درصد عصاره آویشن کوهی و 1/0 درصد فلاوومایسین بودند. جوجههایی که در جیره خود فلاوومایسین دریافت کردند، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل بهتری داشتند (05/0p<). تغذیه جیرههای حاوی آویشن اثری بر افزایش وزن نداشت ولی پرندگانی که جیره حاوی عصاره آویشن دنائی دریافت کردند، ضریب تبدیل بهتری نسبت به گروه شاهد داشتند (05/0p<). ارتفاع پرز و نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت در ژژنوم پرندگانی که با جیره حاوی عصاره آویشن دنائی و یا فلاوومایسین تغذیه شدند، بیشتر بود(05/0p<). سطح پرزها در ژژنوم پرندگانی که با جیرههای حاوی افزودنی تغذیه شدند، افزایش یافت(05/0p<). تغذیه جوجهها با جیرههای حاوی عصاره آویشن دنائی و فلاوومایسین سبب کاهش ضخامت لایه ماهیچهای در ژژنوم آنها شد (05/0p<). گوارشپذیری ماده خشک و ماده آلی با مصرف عصاره آویشن کوهی و فلاوومایسین افزایش یافت (05/0p<). ابقای نیتروژن در پرندگانی که جیرههای حاوی افزودنی دریافت کردند، بیشتر از پرندگان شاهد بود (05/0p<). فعالیت سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز خون پرندگان تغذیهشده با عصاره آویشن بیشتر از پرندگان شاهد بود (05/0p<). میزان مالون دیآلدئید گوشت ران پرندگان دریافتکننده جیره حاوی عصاره آویشن کوهی در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها کاهش یافت (05/0p<). بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، استفاده از 05/0 درصد عصاره آویشن دنائی در جیره جوجههای گوشتی ضریب تبدیل خوراک، شاخصهای ریختسنجی مخاط روده و وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی بدن را بهبود میبخشد و میتواند بهعنوان یک ترکیب محرک رشد پیشنهاد شود.

تأثیر نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک بر عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره بر پایه گندم
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک در جیرههای بر پایه گندم بر عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی، آزمایش حاضر با استفاده از 280 قطعه جوجه گوشتی (راس 308، مخلوط دو جنس) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با هفت تیمار و چهار تکرار انجام شد.تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) شاهد، 2) شاهد به همراه آنزیم، 3) شاهد به همراه 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم اسانس میخک و 4 تا 7 بهترتیب شاهد بههمراه 200، 150، 100 و 50 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک بودند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که در کل دوره پرورش، مصرف خوراک و افزایش وزن گروه دریافتکننده 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد و آنزیم کاهش یافت (05/0≥P). در کل دوره آزمایش، ضریب تبدیل خوراک تیمارهای حاوی اسانس میخک و 50 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک نسبت به گروه شاهد بهتر بود (05/0≥P). غلظت تریگلیسرید سرم در تیمارهای حاوی نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک نسبت به تیمار حاوی آنزیم کاهش یافت (05/0≥P). وزن نسبی بورس فابریسیوس در تیمارهای حاوی اسانس و 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش یافت (05/0≥P). استفاده از اسانس و سطوح 200، 150 و 100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک در جیره جوجههای گوشتی باعث کاهش جمعیت باکتریهای اشریشیاکلای محتویات سکوم شد (05/0≥P). بهطورکلی نتایج آزمایش حاضر نشان داد که استفاده از نانوامولسیون اسانس میخک در جیره جوجههای گوشتی بر پایه گندم ممکن است باعث کاهش جمعیت باکتریهای اشریشیاکلای محتویات سکوم گردد.

تأثیر مصرف پروبیوتیک بر برخی فراسنجههای خونی و محور سوماتوتروپیک گاوهای شیری هلشتاین در شرایط تنش گرمایی
مقاومت به انسولین، تغییرات گلوکز، انسولین و IGF-I خون (محور سوماتوتروپیک) در گاوهای شیری تغذیهشده با مخمر زنده فعال پروبیوساک در شرایط تنش گرمایی (شاخص تنش گرمایی=82) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی بررسی شد. در این آزمایش، تعداد شش رأس گاو حداقل یکبار زایش کرده در دو گروه تیمار (دریافت چهار گرم پروبیوتیک روزانه بهازای هر رأس با غلظت 109×15واحد شمارشکلنی/گرم) و شاهد (عدم دریافت پروبیوتیک) از 21 روز قبل از زایش تا هشت هفته بعد از زایش جهت بررسی تغییرات گلوکز، انسولین و IGF-1 خون و تست تحمل گلوکز قرار گرفتند. تفاوت معنیداری بین گروه شاهد و تیمار از نظر سطح گلوکز، انسولین و IGF-I خون در روز 60 پس از زایش وجود داشت و منجر به افزایش غلظت این فراسنجههای خونی در گروه تیمار نسبت به شاهد شد (05/0>P). پروبیوتیک تأثیر بر شاخصهای تست تحمل گلوکز نداشت. در نتیجه استفاده از پروبیوتیکپروبیوساک اثر مثبتی بر عملکرد محور سوماتوتروپیک و بهبود کارایی حیوان داشت و میتواند راهکار مناسبی برای افزایش عملکرد گاوهای شیری در شرایط تنش گرمایی باشد.

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی امکان جداسازی سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی از بافت چربی اسب و مطالعه بازده تمایز استخوانی این سلولها در شرایط کشت تک بعدی (در ظرف کشت بافت پلاستیکی) و سه بعدی (روی داربست های پلی-ال-لاکتیک-اسید) بود. بافت چربی به روش بیوپسی از ناحیه قاعده دم اسب تهیه و سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی با کمک هضم مکانیکی و آنزیمی از بافت چربی جدا شد. سلولها بنیادی جداشده، در دو شرایط جداگانه شامل شرایط ظرف کشت بافت پلاستیکی (گروه شاهد) و شرایط داربست پلی-ال-لاکتیک-اسید با سه تکرار، به رده استخوان تمایز داده شدند. در طول 21 روز تمایز آزمونهای آلیزارین رد، اندازهگیری آنزیم آلکالینفسفاتاز و اندازهگیری میزان کلسیم رسوبی برای ارزیابی راندمان هر یک از این شرایط در تمایز سلولها به رده استخوان مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. دادهای حاصل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی تجزیه شدند. رنگآمیزی آلیزارین رد بهعنوان یک آزمون کیفی نشان داد در هر دو شرایط سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی مشتقشده از بافت چربی اسب میتوانند به رده استخوان تمایز یابند. با این حال سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی کشت داده شده روی داربست پلی-ال-لاکتیک-اسید در مقایسه با سلولهای کشت داده شده در شرایط ظرف کشت بافت پلاستیکی دارای فعالیت آنزیم آلکالینفسفاتاز و مقدار کلسیم رسوبی بیشتری بودند. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد استفاده از داربستهای پلی-ال-لاکتیک-اسید امکان رشد و تمایز بهینه سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی مشتقشده از بافت چربی اسب را به رده استخوانی فراهم میسازد.
