بررسی الگوی ترجیح کدونی و ارتباط آن با ژنهایی با بیان متفاوت در بین دو جمعیت گاوهای خالص و آمیخته سیستانی و مونتبیلیارد
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی الگوی ترجیح کدونی و ارتباط آنها با بیان ژن برای ژنهای با بیان متفاوت در بین نژادهای خالص و آمیخته سیستانی و مونتبیلیارد بود. در این مطالعه، از نتایج تجزیه بیان ژن افتراقی با استفاده از فنآوری RNA-Seq مربوط به نژادهای خالص و آمیخته سیستانی و مونتبیلیارد (دو تیمار و هر تیمار دو تکرار بیولوژیک) استفاده شد. به همین منظور پس از تعیین نواحی ORF برای این ژنها، از نرمافزار CodonW جهت برآورد شاخصهای الگوی ترجیح کدونی ازجمله CAI، ENC، GC و GC3s استفاده شد. تجزیه ترجیح کدونی برای نواحی ORF ژنهای با بیان متفاوت، وجود همبستگی بالا و معنیداری (0/74) بین مقادیر شاخص GC کل و GC3s نشان داد. همچنین همبستگی بالا و معنیداری بین مقادیر ENC با GC کل و GC3sTو (0/65و0/77) مشاهده شد که نشاندهندهی نقش جهش در شکلگیری کدونها میباشد. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده در این پژوهش، عواملی ازجمله مقدار GC، جهش و سطح بیان ژن نقش مهمی در شکلگیری کدونها در ژنهای موردمطالعه در این تحقیق داشتند. این مطالعه اولین مقایسه بین گاوهای خالص و آمیخته سیستانی و مونتبیلیارد میباشد که به درک بهتر ساز وکارهای تکاملی شکلگیری الگوی ترجیح کدونی و نیز بررسی ارتباط آن با بیان ژن کمک میکند.

بررسی پروفایل ترنسکریپتوم بافت تخمدان در میشهای نژاد شال با استفاده از دادههای RNA-Seq
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی پروفایل بیان ژن در بافت تخمدان گوسفندان شال با استفاده از دادههای توالییابی RNA بود. برای این منظور، تخمدانهای پنج رأس گوسفند شال بعد از همزمانسازی فحلی جداسازی و RNA آنها با استفاده از فناوری Illumina Hiseq 4000 توالییابی شد. بهطور میانگین، دادههای بهدست آمده از توالییابی شامل 26638311 جفت خوانش با نرخ نقشهیابی منحصر به فرد 81/08 بود. نتایج حاصل از آنالیزهای بیوانفورماتیکی، بیان 21085 ژن را در بافت تخمدان گوسفندان شال نشان داد که از این تعداد 15087 ژن دارای میانگین بیان بالاتر از 10 بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل عملکردی ژنها، معنیداری (p<0/05) بود 162 عبارت GO شامل 41 فرایند بیولوژیکی، 46 عملکرد مولکولی و 75 جز سلولی را نشان داد. همچنین آنالیز مسیرهای KEGG ، 149 مسیر معنی دار ( p <0/05) را شناسایی کرد که مهم ترین آن ها مسیر پیام رسانی استروژن، مسیر پیام رسانی TGF-beta و تقسیم میوز اووسیت بود. بررسی بیان ژن های عمده برای دوقلوزایی و تولیدمثل، بیان بالایی برای ژن های INHA, INHBA,BMPR1B را نشان داد و ژن INHA یک فاکتور پاراکرین مهم در فولیکول های تخمدان جز 10 ژن با بالاترین میانگین بود. همچنین ژن های FSHR, ESR1 و ESR2 بیان متوسط و ژن های GDF9, BMP15 و PRLR بیان پایینی در نمونه ها نشان دادند. در این مطالعه برای اولین بار ترنسکریپتوم بافت تخمدان میش های شال با استفاده از فناوری RNA-seq بطور جامع بررسی شد و این مطالعه می تواند پایه ژنتیکی مفیدی برای شناخت بهتر ژن ها و فرایندهای درگیر در تولیدمثل گوسفندان شال فراهم کند.

تأثیر اسید آسکوربیک و سالیسیلات پوششدار بر عملکرد و فراسنجه های خونی گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین تازهزا تحت تنش گرمایی
به منظور بررسی اثرات اسید آسکوربیک و سالیسیلات پوشش دار شده در تغذیه گاوهای شیری تازه زا تحت تنش گرمایی از تعداد 44 رأس گاو هلشتاین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 11 تکرار در هر تیمار به مدت 30 روز استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل: 1) شاهد (جیره بدون افزودنی)، 2) جیره حاوی 30 گرم اسید آسکوربیک پوششدار به ازای هر رأس در روز، 3) جیره حاوی 10 گرم سالسیلات پوششدار به ازای هر رأس در روز و 4) جیره حاوی 30 گرم اسید آسکوربیک پوششدار + 10 گرم سالسیلات پوششدار به ازای هر رأس در روز بود. میانگین تولید شیر گروه دریافتکننده سالسیلات پوششدار از سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (0/05>P). اسید آسکوربیک پوششدار توانست باعث افزایش معنیدار درصد چربی شیر، غلظت گلوکز، بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات و اسیدهای چرب غیراستریفه و کاهش معنیدار سلولهای سوماتیک شیر نسبت به دیگر تیمارها شد (0/05>P). کل مواد جامد شیر، مقدار شیر اصلاح شده براساس انرژی و چربی و نیتروژن اوره ای شیر در گروه دریافتکننده اسید آسکوربیک پوششدار بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (0/05>P). غلظت اوره خون در تیمار دریافتکننده اسید آسکوربیک بهعلاوه سالیسیلات پوششدار نسبت به تیمار شاهد کمتر بود (0/05>P). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که افزودن اسید آسکوربیک و سالسیلات پوششدار میتواند موجب افزایش عملکرد تولیدی گاوهای تازهزا نژاد هلشتاین تحت تنش گرمایی شود.

ارزیابی غلظت های مختلف کبالت در جیره بره های پرواری: اثر بر عملکرد، برخی متابولیت های خون و فراسنجه های تخمیر شکمبه
به منظور ارزیابی تأثیر کبالت بر عملکرد، برخی فراسنجههای خونی و تخمیر، آزمایشی با استفاده از 24 رأس بره نر سه تا چهار ماهه با میانگین وزن 30 کیلوگرم در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار و شش تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: جیره پایه (شاهد؛ حاوی 0/083 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم کبالت)؛ جیره پایه + 0/2 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم کبالت؛ جیره پایه + 0/4 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم کبالت و جیره پایه + 0/6 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم کبالت بودند. به منظور تعیین فراسنجههای خون در روزهای صفر، 45 و70 از سیاهرگ وداج خونگیری و برای بررسی فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبهای از طریق مری، مایع شکمبه گرفته شد. مکمل کبالت تأثیر معنیداری بر میزان افزایش وزن روزانه، ماده خشک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک، میزان ویتامین B12 ، کلسترول، تریگلیسیرید، آلبومین سرم خون و همچنین غلظتهای آلکالین فسفاتاز و آلانین ترانس آمیناز نداشت. غلظت آمونیاک مایع شکمبه در سطح 0/2 و 0/4 مکمل افزایش یافت (0/05>P) ولی غلظت اسیدهای چرب فرار، pH شکمبه و جمعیت پروتوزوآیی شکمبه تغییری نکرد. غلظتهای کبالت، آهن، روی و مس پلاسما تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاضر نشان داد افزودن مکمل کبالت به جیره تا سطح 0/6 با وجود تغییرات محدود در برخی فراسنجههای خونی و شکمبهای اثر معنیداری بر عملکرد برهها نداشت؛ به نظر میرسد که کبالت موجود در جیره پایه برای نیاز کبالت برههای در حال رشد سنجابی کافی میباشد.

تأثیر جیرههای حاوی دانه کتان و دانه سویا بر عملکرد میشهای ماکوئی در دوره انتقال
اثر جیره های دانه کتان و سویا بر عملکرد میش های ماکویی در دوره انتقال در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار تیمار و چهار تکرار و یک میش در هر تکرار با استفاده از 16 راس میش آبستن شکم دوم نژاد ماکویی با میانگین سن سه سال و وزن (2/4+_65 کیلوگرم) که در یک محدوده از روزهای زایمان مورد انتظار(5+_30 روز) بررسی شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد( جیره پایه)، جیره حاوی 10 درصد دانه کتان: جیره حاوی 10 درصد دانه سویا: و جیره حاوی نسبت 50:50 دانه کتان و سویا بود. تیمارهای آزمایشی تاثیری بر مصرف خوراک میش ها در قبل و بعد از زایش نداشتند. وزن بره ها و ترکیب شیر میش ها تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. تولید شیر میش های تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی کتان بیش تر بود(p<0/05). میش های تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی مخلوط دانه کتان و دانه سویا بیشترین غلظت پروتئین کل سرم را داشتند(p<0/05). سایر متابولیت های سرم تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرارنگرفتند. غلظت اسیدوالریک مایع شکمبه در میش های تغذیه شده با جیره های دارای دانه سویا و مخلوط دانه سویا- دانه کتان بیش ترین مقدار بوئ(p<0/05). نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از جیره دارای دانه کتان و دانه سویا تا سطح 10 درصد جیره بدون اثر منفی بر مصرف خوراک باعث بهبود عملکرد میش ها در دوره انتقال و افزایش تولید در اوایل دوره شیردهی می شود.

اثر مقایسهای جاذبهای سموم بر جذب مواد معدنی کممصرف در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و غلظت سرمی آنها در بره بلوچی
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بنتونیت، کائولن و کربن فعال بر جذب مس، آهن و منگنز به روشهای برونتنی و درونتنی در بره بلوچی بود. در آزمایش برونتنی، اثر جاذب بر جذب مواد معدنی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل با محلولهای استاندارد مس، آهن و منگنز با غلظتهای به ترتیب هفت، 20 و 30 میلیگرم بر لیتر، چهار سطح جاذبها (بدون جاذب، 10، 20 و 40 گرمدرلیتر) و PHسه 5/5، 6/4و 7/5 و به مدت 60 دقیقه انکوباسیون بررسی شدند. در آزمایش درونتنی، اثر افزودن بنتونیت، کائولن و کربن فعال در سطوح صفر (شاهد)، 10 و 20 گرمدرکیلوگرم به خوراک با استفاده از 36 رأس بره پرواری در سن 7-6 ماهگی، به مدت 90روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی بررسی شد. مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و غلظت مس، آهن و منگنز خون و پشم در روزهای صفر، 45 و 90 آزمایش اندازهگیری شد. در آزمایش برونتنی، کربن فعال بیشترین و کائولن کمترین جذب عناصر معدنی را با افزایش جاذب و pH داشتند (p<0/05). در آزمایش درون تنی اثر تیمارها بر مصرف خوراک، وزن بدن، افزایش وزن، ضریب تبدیل خوراک و مقدار آهن پشم و خون معنی دار نبود. مقدار مس و منگنز خون و پشم در بره های تغذیه شده با جاذب کمتر از تیمار شاهد بوئ (p<0/05). بهطورکلی، استفاده از جاذبها بهخصوص کربن فعال در غلظت پایین باعث جذب کمتر مواد معدنی میشود. همچنین، از روش آزمایشگاهی میتوان برای انتخاب جاذب بدون انجام آزمایشهای حیوانی استفاده کرد.

بررسی تأثیر فضای آخور و اندازه ذرات خوراک بر قابلیت هضم و فراسنجههای مدفوعی در گوسالههای ماده هلشتاین
اثر فضای آخور و اندازه ذرات خوراک بر مقدار مصرف و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی جیره با استفاده از از 40 راس گوساله در حال رشد هلشتاین با میانگین وزن 32/8±295/6 کیلوگرم در طرح چرخشی با آرایه فاکتوریل 2×2 (با چهار تیمار، چهار دوره و چهار بهاربند) شامل فاکتور فضای آخور (24 و 48 سانتیمتر) و فاکتور اندازه ذرات علوفه (4/6 و 7/1 میلی متر) بررسی شد.. تیمارها در این آزمایش شامل: 1) تیمار با 24 سانتیمتر فضای آخور و میانگین اندازه ذرات علوفه 4/6 میلیمتر (24/ریز)، 2) تیمار با 24 سانتیمتر فضای آخور و میانگین اندازه ذرات علوفه 7/1 میلیمتر (24/درشت)، 3) تیمار با 48 سانتیمتر فضای آخور و میانگین اندازه ذرات علوفه 4/6 میلیمتر (48/ریز)، 4) تیمار با 48 سانتیمتر فضای آخور و میانگین اندازه ذرات علوفه 7/1 میلیمتر (48/ درشت) بود. در رابطه با اثرات متقابل نشان داده شد که قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده خشک، ماده آلی، پروتئین خام و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی برای تیمار 48/درشت در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها بطور معنی داری بیشتر بود (p<0/05). قابلیت هضم ماده خشک، پروتئین خام و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی برای تیمارهای حاوی علوفه با اندازه درشت از تیمارهای حاوی علوفه با اندازه ریز بیش تر بود (p<0/05). در نهایت این که تغذیه گوساله های ماده در حال رشد با جیره حاوی علوفه های با اندازه درشت، ضمن کمک به ایجاد محیط شکمبه ای سالم تر ، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی را افزایش می دهد.

مطالعه اثر تغذیه ال-کارنیتین پیش از بلوغ بر فراسنجههای کیفی منی تازه و منجمد-یخگشایی شده خروسهای مادر گوشتی
اثر تغذیه ال-کارنیتین پیش از بلوغ بر فراسنجه های کیفی منی تازه و منجمد - یخ گشایی شده با استفاده از 12 قطعه خروس مادر گوشتی سویه راس ( 12 هفتگی) به مدت 18 هفته، در یک طرح کاملا تضادفی با سه تیمار ( سطوح صفر، 250 و 500 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم ال - کارنیتین در جیره) و چهار تکرار انجام شد. اسپرمگیری به روش مالش شکمی از 26 تا 29 هفتگی(چهار مرتبه) انجام شد. اسپرمهای گرفته شده در هر نوبت بعد از رقیقسازی (نسبت 1 به 20 با بلتسویل) به دو بخش تقسیم شدند، یک بخش منجمد شد و قسمت دیگر بلافاصله مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. فراسنجههای جنبایی(کل و پیشرونده)، زندهمانی، ریخت شناسی، یکپارچگی و پراکسیداسیون غشاء اسپرم پیش و پس از فرآیند انجماد-یخ-گشایی بطور مجزا سنجش شدند. در اسپرم تازه، رابطه بین ال-کارنیتین و نابهنجاری خطی منفی و رابطه بین ال-کارنیتین و زندهمانی خطی مثبت(0/05>P) بود. آنالیز درجه دوم در جنبایی پیشرونده و غلظت مالوندیآلدئید معنیدار بود(0/05>P). پرندگانی که از جیرههای حاوی ال-کارنیتین استفاده کردند، از لحاظ درصد جنبایی پیشرونده، زندهمانی، ناهنجاری و غلظت مالوندیآلدئید در اسپرم تازه، و همین صفات به همراه جنبایی کل و یکپارچگی غشاء پلاسمایی در اسپرم منجمد شده، نسبت به پرندگان گروه شاهد کیفیت بالاتری داشتند(0/05>P). در اسپرم منجمد، رابطه بین ال-کارنیتین و شاخصهای جنبایی، زندمانی و یکپارچگی غشاء خطی مثبت و بین ال-کارنیتین و غلظت مالوندیآلدئید خطی منفیبود(0/05>P) . رابطه بین ال-کارنیتین و جنبایی کل و پیشرونده، یکپارچگی غشاء و غلظت مالوندیآلدئید بصورت درجه دوم بود(0/05>P). بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، ال کارنیتین جیرهای قبل از بلوغ فراسنجههای کیفی اسپرم پیش و پس از انجماد را در خروسهای مادر گوشتی بهبود میبخشد.

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی معادلات رگرسیونی پیشبینی انرژی قابل متابولیسم گندم با استفاده از محتوای شمیایی آنها با استفاده از مطالعه متاآنالیزی بود. پایگاه دادهای متشکل از ترکیبات شیمیایی و محتوای انرژی قابل متابولیسم ظاهری تصحیح شده برای ازت (AMEn)، نمونه 111از واریتههای مختلف گندم از منابع منتشر شده قبلی استخراج و بررسی شد. اطلاعات نمونهها شامل پروتئین خام (CP)، چربی خام (EE)، فیبر خام (CF)، خاکستر (Ash) و AMEnبود. میانگین AMEn، (کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم2917/46) و میانگین CP، EE، CF و Ash بهترتیب 12/53، 2/12، 1/61، 1/56 (درصد ماده خشک) بود. با استفاده از پایگاه دادههای طراحی شده، معادلات متا-رگرسیونی برای پیشبینی محتوای AMEn از روی ترکیبات شمیایی برازش شد. بهترین معادله به صورت CF% 185/4 + EE% 175/8 + CP% 45/8 + 1648= (کیلوکالری/کیلوگرم) AMEn بهدست آمد. از این معادله میتوان برای پیشبینی انرژی واریتههای گندم در کارخانههای خوراک دام و یا مزارع پرورش طیور استفاده نمود.

تأثیر گیاه زوفا، آسپیرین و ویرجینیامایسین بر عملکرد رشد، ایمنی و شاخصهای آسیت در جوجههای گوشتی تحت تنش سرمائی
هدف از این آزمایش، بررسی تاثیر پودر گیاه دارویی زوفا، پادزیست ویرجینیامایسین و آسپرین بر عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی و شاخصهای آسیت در جوجههای گوشتی تحت تنش سرمائی بود. تعداد 500 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس308، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به پنج تیمار، پنج تکرار و 20 جوجه در هر تکرار اختصاص داده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره پایه بدون افزودنی، 2 و 3) به ترتیب جیره پایه حاوی 300 گرم در تن پادزیست ویرجینیامایسین یا داروی آسپیرین، و 4 و 5) به ترتیب جیره پایه حاوی 0/5 و یک درصد پودر گیاه زوفا بودند. خوراک مصرفی، وزن بدن و شاخص بازده تولید اروپائی پرندگانی که جیرههای حاوی پودر گیاه زوفا ( 0/5 و یک درصد) دریافت کردند از پرندگان شاهد بیشتر بود و این پرندگان ضریب تبدیل بهتری داشتند (0/05 >P ). تغذیه پرندگان با جیرههای حاوی پودر گیاه زوفا یا آسپرین، درصد تلفات آسیتی، هماتوکریت و شاخص آسیت (نسبت وزن بطن راست به کل بطنها) را در 42 روزگی کاهش داد (0/05 >P ). اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر عیار پادتن علیه نیوکاسل و آنفلوانزا و وزن نسبی بورس فابرسیوس، تیموس و طحال جوجههای گوشتی در 42 روزگی معنیدار نبود. با توجه به نتایج آزمایش حاضر، افزودن آسپرین یا پودر گیاه داروئی زوفا به جیره در شرایط تنش سرمائی میزان بروز آسیت و تلفات ناشی از آن را کاهش می دهد.

تأثیر افزودن جیرهای اسانس آویشن برعملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و فلور میکروبی جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی گندم
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر اسانس آویشن بر عملکرد، و برخی فراسنجههای فیزیولوژیکی جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی گندم ، با استفاده از 264 قطعه جوجه گوشتی (راس 308 ) با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2 با دو سطح گندم (صفر و 50 درصد جیره)و سه سطح اسانس آویشن (صفر،200 و 400 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی، با چهار تکرار در سیستم بستر انجام شد. فراسنجههای عملکردی بهصورت هفتگی بررسی شدند. جمعیت میکروبی، خصوصیات لاشه و فراسنجههای لیپیدی خون در سن 42 روزگی اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد افزودن اسانس آویشن به جیره حاوی گندم، باعث افزایش خوراک مصرفی جوجههای گوشتی در کل دورههای آزمایش شد (0/05>P). در دوره آغازین افزایش وزن پرندگانی که از جیره حاوی 400 میلیگرم اسانس و 50 درصد گندم تغذیه شدند بیشتر از پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره بدون اسانس یا بدون گندم بود (0/05>P). پرندگان مصرف کننده جیره بدون گندم حاوی اسانس آویشن، غلظت LDL خون کمتری داشتند (0/05>P). درحالیکه افزودن اسانس آویشن در سطح 400 میلی گرم به جیره بدون گندم باعث افزایش غلظت HDL خون شد (0/05>P). جیره حاوی گندم بدون اسانس، چربی حفره بطنی بالاتری در مقایسه با سطوح 200 و 400 میلیگرم اسانس در جیره بدون گندم و نیز سطح 400 میلیگرم اسانس در جیره حاوی گندم داشت (0/05>P). نتایج نشان داد که افزودن اسانس آویشن در سطح 400 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم به جیره حاوی گندم، با توجه به افزایش مصرف خوراک و بهبود برخی فراسنجههای فیزیولوژیکی در جوجههای گوشتی، میتواند مفید باشد.

اثر جاذب سموم بیوتوکس بر عملکرد تولیدی و سلامت گاوهای هلشتاین
به منظور ارزیابی تأثیر جاذب سموم دوجزیی بیوتوکس بر وضعیت سلامت و فراسنجههای تولیدی، 16رأس گاو هلشتاین در دو گروه بیوتوکس (جیره حاوی بیوتوکس) و شاهد (جیره فاقد بیوتوکس) قرار گرفتند. مقدار خوراک مصرفی، ماده خشک مصرفی، وزن بدن، تغییرات امتیاز بدنی، دمای راستروده، نرخ تنفسی، ضربان قلب، مقدار شیر تولیدی و ترکیبات شیر و فراسنجههای خونی، اندازهگیری و ثبت شدند. در گروه شاهد، ماده خشک مصرفی، وزن بدن و نمره وضعیت بدنی از هفته چهارم به بعد کاهش معنیدار و دمای بدن، نرخ تنفسی و ضربان قلب درکل دوره افزایش معنیداری(p <0/05) داشتند. در گروه بیوتوکس، تولید شیر در کل دوره به طور غیر معنیدار و در هفتههای پنجم تا هفتم به طور معنیدار(p <0/05) افزایش یافت. مقدار پروتیین شیر(p <0/05) در گروه بیوتوکس، و درصد چربی(p <0/05)، درصد لاکتوز(p <0/05)، تعداد سلولهای پیکری و آفلاتوکسینM1 شیر(p <0/05) در گروه شاهد بیشتر بود. مقدار مواد جامد شیر در گروه بیوتوکس در کل دوره به طور غیر معنیدار و در هفتههای پنجم تا هفتم به طور معنیدار(p <0/05) افزایش یافت. تغییرات گلوکز، پروتیین کل و کراتینین پلاسما در کل دوره معنیدار نبود ولی کراتینین در آخر دوره در گروه شاهد افزایش معنیداری(p <0/05) داشت. مقادیر آسپارتاتترانسآمیناز(p <0/05) و آلانینآمینوترانسفراز(p <0/05) پلاسما در گروه شاهد بیشتر بود. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، در شرایطی که خوراک مصرفی آلودگی مایکوتوکسینی چندگانه داشته باشد استفاده از بیوتوکس سبب بهبود سلامت، تولید شیر و فراسنجههای تولیدی گاوهای شیرده می شود.
