In the current study, 420 broiler chicks were allocated into 7 experimental groups with 6 replication and 10 broiler chicks per replication for 42 days. The experimental treatments were included 1) diet lack of TEO and probiotic (control), 2) diet containing 100 mg probiotic, 3) diet containing 100 mg TEO,  4) diet containing 200 mg probiotic, 5) diet containing 200 mg TEO, 6) diet containing 100 mg probiotic+100 mg TEO, and 7) diet containing  200 mg TEO+ 200 mg probiotic. Growth performance and humoral immune responses were investigated. Index weights for weight gain, feed conversion ratio, production index were 0.2, 0.15 and 0.25, respectively and index weight of 0.1 was considered for other parameters. Coefficients for control, probiotic 100, TEO 100, probiotic 200, TEO 200, probiotic 100 + TEO 100 and probiotic 200 + TEO 200 were 0.0476, 0.126, 0.198, 0.315, 0.427, 0.727 and 0.956, respectively. Thus, adding 100 mg probiotic and 100 mg TEO into diet increased immune response and growth performance. Based on obtained results, it is suggested that dietary inclusion of 100 mg TEO + 100 mg probiotic in diet of broiler chicks has a potential to improve immune response and growth performance.}, keywords = {broiler chicks,Herbal essential oils,humoral immunity,multi attribute decision making,Probiotic}, title_fa = {بررسی آثار افزودن پروبیوتیک و اسانس روغنی آویشن پوشش‌دارشده بر عملکرد رشد و پاسخ های ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی با استفاده از روش مدیریت تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات افزودن پروبیوتیک و اسانس آویشن پوشش‌دارپوشش‌دارشده بر عملکرد رشد و پاسخهای ایمنی جوجه های گوشتی با استفاده از روش مدیریت تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصی بود. در این مطالعه 420 جوجه گوشتی در قالب هفت گروه آزمایشی با شش تکرار و 10 جوجه در هر تکرار به‌مدت 42 روز  استفاده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1- جیره فاقد اسانس آویشن و پروبیوتیک (شاهد)، 2- جیره حاوی100 میلیگرم پروبیوتیک، 3- جیره حاوی 100 میلیگرم اسانس آویشن، 4- جیره حاوی 200 میلیگرم پروبیوتیک، 5- جیره حاوی 200 میلیگرم اسانس آویشن، 6- جیره حاوی 100 میلیگرم اسانس آویشن+ 100 میلیگرم پروبیوتیک و 7- جیره حاوی 200 میلیگرم اسانس آویشن+ 200 میلیگرم پروبیوتیک بودند. عملکرد رشد برای کل دوره و پاسخهای ایمنی هومورال بررسی شد. وزن شاخص برای افزایش وزن 0/2، برای ضریب تبدیل 0/15، برای شاخص تولید0/25 و برای دیگر صفات 0/10 در نظر گرفته شد. براساس نتایج بهدست‌آمده ضرایب برای گروه شاهد، پروبیوتیک 100، آویشن 100، پروبیوتیک 200، آویشن 200، پروبیوتیک 200+ آویشن 200 و پروبیوتیک 100 و آویشن 100 به ترتیب 0/0476، 0/126، 0/198، 0/315، 0/427، 0/727 و 0/956 بود. بنابراین، گروه 100 میلیگرم اسانس آویشن+ 100میلیگرم پروبیوتیک بهترین پاسخ ایمنی و عملکرد رشد را داشتند. بنابراین بر طبق نتایج بهدست‌آمده، افزودن 100 میلیگرم اسانس آویشن+ 100 میلیگرم پروبیوتیک به جیره جوجه های گوشتی برای بهبود پاسخ ایمنی و عملکرد رشد توصیه میشود.}, keywords_fa = {اسانس گیاهی,ایمنی هومورال,پروبیوتیک,جوجه‌های گوشتی,مدیریت تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصی}, url = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_82935.html}, eprint = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_82935_ae17ca0edbbb2129eeb8049d5f1238a7.pdf} }
