The amount of dry matter, ash, crude protein, fat, NDF, ADF, and ADIN of black seed meal was 92.60 ±0.58, 7.24±0.27, 35.8±1.0, 12.31±0.51, 24.56±1.24, 13.0±0.79 and 2.15±0.17, respectively. There were no significant differences between treatments for digestibility of organic matter, NDF, fat and protein. Daily feed intake, feed conversion ratio, daily weight gain, final body weight, carcass efficiency, weight of liver, heart, kidney and testis were not differed between experimental groups. However, lambs fed with black seed meal had lower level of subcutaneous fat, tail-fat and total body fat deposition compared to control group (P<0.05). Feeding 9% black seed meal increased blood total protein and albumin concentration compared to the other experimental groups (P<0.05). The results of this study showed that it could be feasible to use black seed meal up to 9% in finishing lamb diet.}, keywords = {Black seed meal,Blood metabolites,digestibility,Performance,Zandi lamb}, title_fa = {گوارش پذیری مواد مغذی، عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و فراسنجه‌های خونی بره‌های پرواری زندی تغذیه شده با سطوح مختلف کنجاله سیاه دانه}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر جایگزینی کنجاله‌ی کلزا با کنجاله‌ی سیاه دانه بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و خصوصیات لاشه، از تعداد 18راس بره نر زندی (با میانگین وزن 1/5±29/5 کیلوگرم و سن 7 ± 110 روز) در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تیمار و به مدت 90 روز استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره‌ی شاهد حاوی نه درصد کنجاله‌ی کلزا، 2) جیره‌ی حاوی 4/5 درصد کنجاله‌ی کلزا و 4/5 درصد کنجاله‌ی سیاه‌دانه و 3) جیره‌ی حاوی نه درصد کنجاله‌ی سیاه‌دانه بود. مقدار ماده خشک، خاکستر، پروتئین خام، چربی خام، NDF، ADF و ADIN کنجاله سیاه دانه به ترتیب 0/58±92/60، 0/27± 7/24، 1/0±35/8، 31/51±12/0، 56/24±24/1، 0/79±13/0 و 0/17±2/15درصد بود. تفاوتی از نظر گوارش‌پذیری ماده‌ی آلی،NDF، چربی و پروتئین خام جیره‌ها مشاهده نشد. تاثیر جیره‌های آزمایشی بر مصرف خوراک روزانه، ضریب تبدیل، افزایش وزن روزانه، وزن نهایی، بازده لاشه، وزن کبد، قلب، طحال، کلیه و بیضه معنی‌دار نبود. اما وزن نسبی دنبه، چربی زیرجلدی و چربی کل لاشه با جایگزینی کنجاله سیاه دانه به جای کنجاله کلزا کاهش یافت (p<0/05). به جز آلبومین و پروتئبن کل که در بره های تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی نه درصد کنجاله سیاه دانه افزایش داشت(p<0/05). سایر فراسنجه های خونی(گلوکز، نیتروژن اوره ای خون، تری گلیسیرید و کلسترول) در بین تیمارها تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند. براساس نتایج این مطالعه و با توجه به کمبود منابع پروتئینی در تغذیه دام می توان تا سطح نه درصد جیره از کنجاله سیاه دانه در جیره بره های پرواری استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {بره زندی,عملکرد,فراسنجه های خونی,قابلیت هضم,کنجاله سیاه دانه}, url = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_78595.html}, eprint = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_78595_3da8175d000c3f9cfd0723f1d655ba5f.pdf} }
