In a completely randomized design, 500 male Ross-308 broiler chickens were allocated to 5 treatments with 5 replicates and 20 birds in each. The dietary treatments consisted of: 1) basal diet with no additive (control), 2 and 3) basal diet plus 300 g/tone Virginiamycine or Aspirine respectively and 4 and 5) basal diet containing 0.5 or 1 percent Hyssopus officinalis powder, respectively. As compared to control group, inclusion of 0.5 or 1 percent Hyssopus officinalis powder significantly increased feed intake, body weight gain and EPEF and improved FCR of broiler chickens. Feeding broiler chickens with diet containing Hyssopus officinalis powder or Aspirine decreased ascitic mortality, heamatocrite percentage and ascites indexe (relative weight of right ventricle to total weight of ventricles) at 42d of age. Dietary treatmens had no effect on antibody titer against New-Castle and influenza virus and relative weight of tymous, spleen and Burce of Fabrecoius of broiler chickens at 42d of age. Regards to the results of present experiment, addition of Hyssopus officinalis powder or Aspirine decreased ascytic incidence and its related mortality in broiler chickens under cold condition.}, keywords = {Aspirin,Broiler Chicken,Cold stress,immune response,Medicinal plant}, title_fa = {تأثیر گیاه زوفا، آسپیرین و ویرجینیامایسین بر عملکرد رشد، ایمنی و شاخص‌های آسیت در جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت تنش سرمائی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این آزمایش، بررسی تاثیر پودر گیاه دارویی زوفا، پادزیست ویرجینیامایسین و آسپرین بر عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی و شاخص‌های آسیت در جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت تنش سرمائی بود. تعداد 500 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس308، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به پنج تیمار، پنج تکرار و 20 جوجه در هر تکرار اختصاص داده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره پایه بدون افزودنی، 2 و 3) به ترتیب جیره پایه حاوی 300 گرم در تن پادزیست ویرجینیامایسین یا داروی آسپیرین، و 4 و 5) به ترتیب جیره پایه حاوی 0/5 و یک درصد پودر گیاه زوفا بودند. خوراک مصرفی، وزن بدن و شاخص بازده تولید اروپائی پرندگانی که جیره‌های حاوی پودر گیاه زوفا ( 0/5 و یک درصد) دریافت کردند از پرندگان شاهد بیشتر بود و این پرندگان ضریب تبدیل بهتری داشتند (0/05 >P ). تغذیه پرندگان با جیره‌های حاوی پودر گیاه زوفا یا آسپرین، درصد تلفات آسیتی، هماتوکریت و شاخص آسیت (نسبت وزن بطن راست به کل بطن‌ها) را در 42 روزگی کاهش داد (0/05 >P ). اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر عیار پادتن علیه نیوکاسل و آنفلوانزا و وزن نسبی بورس فابرسیوس، تیموس و طحال جوجه‌های گوشتی در 42 روزگی معنی‌دار نبود. با توجه به نتایج آزمایش حاضر، افزودن آسپرین یا پودر گیاه داروئی زوفا به جیره در شرایط تنش سرمائی میزان بروز آسیت و تلفات ناشی از آن را کاهش می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {آسپرین,پاسخ ایمنی,تنش سرمائی,جوجه گوشتی,گیاه داروئی}, url = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_75952.html}, eprint = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_75952_0cde1470a34f83b4e2be4c81ad067a0e.pdf} }
