Treatments included the increasing levels of zero (control), 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 percent Nigella sativa. In grower and whole period of experiment, the weight of birds received 0.4 and 0.8 percent of Nigella sativa was higher than control group birds (P<0.05). The supplementation of Nigella sativa in diet has not effect on feed intake and feed conversion ratio in starter, grower and total rearing periods. The weights of bursa and thymus in birds received 0.4 and 0.8 percent of Nigella sativa werehigher than control group birds (P<0.05). The weight of liver in birds belong to 0.4 percent of Nigella sativawas higher than control group (P<0.05). Addition of Nigella sativa in dietreduced the glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, LDL and increased the HDL in blood serum. The use of Nigella sativa in dietary of birds caused the higher total white blood cells and lower heterophil: lymphocyte ratio. The birds which received 0.4 and 0.8 percent of Nigella sativa had the higher total antioxidant capacity than control group in blood plasma. In conclusion, the use of Nigella sativa up to 0.8 percent in diet, in addition to improvement the performance, increased the immune system activity and total antioxidant capacity in Ross 308 broiler chickens. }, keywords = {Broiler Chickens,cholesterol,heterophil,Nigella sativa,performance}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر افزودن سیاه‌دانه (Nigella sativa L.) به جیره در عملکرد و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی جوجه‌های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی اثر افزودن سیاه‌دانه به جیره در عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی، از 192 قطعه جوجة یک‌روزة سویة راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار، چهار تکرار و دوازده مشاهده در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سطوح افزایشی صفر (تیمار شاهد)، 4/0، 8/0 و 2/1 درصد سیاه‌دانه بود. در دورة رشد و کل دورة پرورش، وزن بدن در پرندگانی که جیرة حاوی 4/0 و 8/0 درصد سیاه‌دانه مصرف کردند، بیشتر از پرندگان شاهد بود (P<0/05). افزودن سیاه‌دانه به جیره اثری بر مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در دوره‌های آغازین، رشد و کل دورة پرورش نداشت. وزن بورس فابرسیوس و تیموس در پرندگانی که 4/0 و 8/0 درصد سیاه‌دانه در جیرة خود دریافت کردند، بیشتر از پرندگان شاهد بود (P<0/05). وزن کبد در پرندگان مربوط به تیمار 4/0 درصد سیاه‌دانه بیشتر از شاهد بود (P<0/05). افزودن سیاه‌دانه به جیره باعث کاهش معنادار غلظت گلوکز، تری‌گلیسرید، کلسترول و LDL و افزایش میزان HDL سرم خون شد (P<0/05). در پرندگانی که در جیرة خود سیاه‌دانه دریافت کردند تعداد گلبول‌های سفید افزایش و نسبت هتروفیل: لنفوسیت کاهش یافت (P<0/05). توان آنتی‌اکسیدانی تام پلاسمای خون در پرندگانی که 4/0 و 8/0 درصد سیاه‌دانه دریافت کردند، بیشتر از شاهد بود (P<0/05). به‌طور کلی، استفاده از سیاه‌دانه تا سطح 8/0 درصد در جیره، ضمن بهبود عملکرد، فعالیت سیستم ایمنی و توان آنتی‌اکسیدانی تام خون جوجه‌های گوشتی را افزایش می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {جوجه گوشتی,سیاه‌دانه,عملکرد,کلسترول,هتروفیل}, url = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_52792.html}, eprint = {https://jap.ut.ac.ir/article_52792_08dd652a94b8c22b86c0461a5d484a44.pdf} }
